  • "Very clean, comfortable and well equipped property."

Well placed for travelling into and back from York by bus. Local amenities within a few minutes walk. Cosy off road parking space at the rear of the property meant our car was safely out of the way. We will look for availability if we ever return to this area.

  • "A lovely well equipped cottage with everything you need in a great location for visiting York and excellent bus services."

The Number 1 bus opposite the Fish and Chips will take you to York £4 return. The only issue is the drive at the side of the bungalow is not suitable for a big car very little room to do a 3 point turn. Parking on the road is OK.

  • "Our third tmie at Cornerways, everything in place and vg."

We were a bit concerned on arrival as it was clear that the "other half" of the semi was undergoing renovation-roof tiles had been stripped. However although there was work being done inside, we were hardly aware of it taking place most of the time. All in all an ideal property for us for the week.

It was impeccably clean and the kitchen well stocked with useful items. Parking was tight but I had a small hire car so wasn't a problem. I would certainly recommend the property to others.
