    This was the best holiday rental we have ever had and we have had quite a few as it is our preferred way to get away, the owner has made every effort to make our stay comfortable, super area with wonderful manicured gardens, the pub served good food by very helpful staff, we didn't make it to the beach as my wife due to recovering from health issues could not do the walk but we saw many who did especially

  • "Lovely flat great location on the bay ."

    Stayed at the bay several times before at the denby escape both are furnished to a high standard.great walk in shower, lovely well equipped kitchen,nice outdoor area with table chairs,bbq.Plenty of nice walks from the flat to take our dog round the meadows or to the beach.Liked the furnishings at the denby sea haven but found the bed to hard for us preferred the denby escape bed.,

The difference being a wooden bed frame against a divan base. 5 guests have found Denby Seahaven’s bed so comfortable they asked me for the suppler details to be able to replicate, many more have found it comfortable.   • "The apartment was lovely and comfortable but could have been cleaner , we pushed the settee back to suit our needs and it obviously hadn't been cleaned properly also there are 4 rugs in the apartment that are not very clean looking ."

    Rugs are germ harbourers and I don't think they should be in rental properties unless they can be vacuumed thoroughly . If you like to use tv apps you will be disappointed with the TV in the living room as only the Netflix app works for some reason .We did enjoy our stay in Denby Seahaven despite these issues it is a lovely apartment.

I have recently employed new cleaners and would have been able to act faster if you had discussed your concerns with me when I came to set up Netflix with my login for you. For the same reason I have left Apps for guests to use their own login. In 9 years of letting you are the only guests asking for use of apps. The rugs are taken and washed in rotation, all but one had been freshly laundered and returned before your arrival and the remaining one removed on your departure. Property Owner

  • "We had a fabulous stay here."

  • "We had a lovely 4 days stay at the Denby Seahaven, the property was warm and very clean."

    The bed was soo comfortable and the bathroom looked very luxurious with a big shower space. The kitchen was not well equipped we needed few stuffs which were not in the kitchen. Also due to season there were not much things to do as most of the places were closed. We been to the swimming pool and sauna but we didn’t enjoy much. We visited the coastline around Flamborough, it was amazing to explore the view of the cliff, caves and rock. Really nice to go for a walk and see the view. Really recommended.

I was in touch with Viktoria most days during your stay, I would have responded to your requests. edit: I am sorry my frying pan does not have a lid and the kitchen does not have large mixing bowls. My guests do make Christmas lunches in the property so there must be sufficient equipment to do so.   • "Me my partner and Clive ( the Cocker ) recently spent 3 days at the Denby Seahaven."

    Lovely place to stay , close to the beach the pub and the little shop . Very comfortable and clean and had all the things you’d need to have a hassle free break away from the daily grind! The only downside…. We didn’t book it for longer! Would we recommend it? ABSOLUTELY Hopefully we will return to Denby Seahaven next year

  • "Hi yes the property was really lovely everything was immaculatey clean."

    Only issue we had was drying the towels although it wasn’t bad weather it took along time for them to dry out without using the dryer which we couldn’t understand. Not sure if you could dry only? Only other thing the plug in the sink in bathroom kept sticking down couldnt empty the sink a couple times. They are only little things but hope they get sorted out.

  • "Brilliant property , excellent location, only thing I could be picky on is maybe a few more essentials could be left until I had chance to nip to shop, kitchen roll, sachets of coffee, small milk maybe even a bottled water, but overall would 100% stop again , outside area lovely shame weather stopped us from utilising much ."

Primrose Valley is a delightful village set in the luscious surroundings of North Yorkshire. Sitting close to the charming town of Filey, there is so much for you to do during your stay; the village itself if home to a number of local convenience stores and vibrant pubs, as well as a sandy public beach with stunning seascapes and a charming cafe. Filey town is just 3.4 miles away and is home to exciting museums, lots of local eateries and a beautiful beach. Take the children to meet the adorable ponies and incredible alpaca at Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park or spend the day at Playdale Farm Park petting the farm animals or enjoying a brew whilst the children run free in the soft-play area. Travel back in time at the Scarborough Fair Collection and Vintage Transport Museum to see the steam-powered Victorian fairground and admire the display of classical cars and vintage motorbikes.
