  • "Exellent property."

Had a great weeks holiday. Very warm n comfy. Everything you need. Good size Tesco nearby. Good size private garden at the back. Ample off road parking. Would book again.

  • "Very nice bungalow, we enjoyed our stay."

Beds and bedding of good quality. We slept well.. Kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. Lounge was very pleasant and comfortable. Large lounge window would have benefitted from nets, and curtains covered the radiator when drawn, restricting flow of warm air. Apart from the minor issues we had a great stay and would definitely go again.

  • "We enjoyed our week at Mill Falls."

Very comfortable. Large comfy bed. Excellent space for dog at side of house and also back garden. Good days out locally and Driffield nice, although (like a lot of places) the parked cars create problems in York Road and entering the main shopping area. Friendly chatty neighbours in attached bungalow and her immediate neighbour. Nice to find two hedgehogs in the front garden on our last night. Would certainly go back.

  • "A really cosy and comfortable bungalow."

We thought that the photo’s didn’t quite do it justice as it was more roomy and nicer than we were expecting. Well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches to make it a home from home for our week. A great quiet location but only a 10 minute walk into the charming town centre of Driffield. For us it was a perfect base to explore the beautiful Wolds and the amazing coastline all within very short drives. Perfectly set up if you have four legged friend with a dog walking park just down the road. Hope to come back, there is so much more we could have seen and we all loved it!

  • "Fantastic bungalow spacious , modern and well equipped."

Lovely quiet location only short walk into town. Good transport system to Scarborough, Filey , Bridlington and Hull as none drivers a big bonus. I would not hesitate to book this bungalow again and recommend to friends/family, and the cost reflects what you get , a lovely place to return to after an hectic day around the coast.

  • "This holiday was literally booked at the last minute due to being let down."

We found and booked on the day we travelled, Sykes representative was brilliant very courteous and professional (on line chat) . Bungalow exceeded our expectations, we’ve stayed in many places where living arrangements have let us down, especially uncomfortable beds and sofa’s! Bungalow is well thought out, sofa’s are really comfortable and so was the Super Kingsize bed. This was our dogs holiday so we didn’t do any site seeing, but for us everything we needed to visit wasn’t too far away. (Fraisthorpe Beach and Mr Moos ice cream) We would highly recommend this Bungalow to anyone.

Extremely comfortable, very good television, & really beautifully decorated throughout, really clean as well. A good base for the east coast resorts and also easy to get to Beverley, Pocklington and York. Driffield has quite a few pubs but at the time of visiting only 2 do food.

  • "Lovely clean, modern bungalow in a great location to all amenities."

The bungalow has a really nice large patio for sitting out in the nice weather with garden furniture. The owner was friendly and great at communicating with us whenever we contacted her. My 2 dogs really enjoyed themselves with all the lovely walks nearby and the beautiful countryside. We had to see the local vet one day as one hurt her paw running in a field, they saw us straight away and were reasonably priced.

  • "Absolutely loved Mill Cottage : One of the most comfortable places we've stayed."

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk from Driffield town centre, Mill Cottage proved a perfect base from which to explore the Yorkshire Wolds (In fact for anyone walking the Yorkshire Wolds Way, it's only 30 mins drive from any point on the trail). Spacious light and airy, the cottage provided everything the holiday maker could need. There was an abundance of towels (unlike many other cottages where linen is tightly rationed) and a generous selection of pillows. Some of the previous reviews had criticised the bed in the master bedroom but we found it sizeable and extremely comfortable. In the light of the current pandemic, anyone renting can rest assured the cottage is cleaned to the highest standard - I only wish I could get my own home as clean as it was when we arrived. Our only criticism is that the knives in the kitchen were quite blunt so if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, it's possibly worth bring a sharpener or a few of your own.

  • "The bungalow was of high standard."

Modern, clean, and spacious. One drawback was the superking bed.Mattress not very comfortable.Could do with a decent topper on it,also a lighter duvet as it was so heavy it took two of us to make the bed . ⁰I will definately book again .It was the best booking up to date.
