"Quiet peaceful location, great for cycling and long walks on beach, Honey Bee cottage has a comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen, but there is no window just a skylight and glass in the door, so can be very dark at times."
The bathroom let it down the shower was really bad, the tiles and hose very mouldy, Bedroom lacks , a mirror you can see through, no hairdryer.

"Nice little cottage, but not sure when last person stayed as there were cobwebs ..."
Nice little cottage, but not sure when last person stayed as there were cobwebs in every room, had to go round with a cloth removing them before my partner would go In to the property,

"Beautiful property with everything you need, set in a great location."
Had a lovely week there and would highly recommend.

"The cottage was clean, comfortable and quite well equipped."
However we were surprised and disappointed to find that the only natural light in the sitting/dining area was from a small panel in the door and a small circular light tunnel in the roof. The living area was dull and needed lighting on during the day. The towels when damp smelled as if they had not been washed properly. Fortunately we had packed some towels so we used them.

"A lovely peaceful stay with everything you need in the cottage."
Dog friendly too with outdoor seating space. The recliner seats in the living room are a bonus and the place was clean and neatly arranged. The only thing missing is a blind on the front door for privacy. Really enjoyed our stay, the area and would definitely stay there again if we were in that area.

"A lovely compact little cottage, quiet and peaceful location."
Good walks nearby for for your dog. Mappleton beach is lovely with a really dog friendly cafe, and toilets.

"We loved the location and tranquillity of the cottage."
The welcome pack of eggs and bread was a nice gesture. The owners were very approachable and helpful. We would highly recommend Honeybee Cottage.

"Great base for exploring the local area - we ventured from Bridlington to Spurn."
Cottage is adjacent to working farm, compact but with everything you need, nice touch with eggs & bread left for us. Whilst close to the beach the cliffs mean access is about 20min walk through nearby caravan park as one of the roads has been washed away. Nearest pub is in Roos, good food just check opening times. WiFi would have been useful as phone signal is minimal but would definitely recommend to others.

"Very relaxing break in a well-equipped cottage and we would definitely recommend the local Roos Arms!"
-
"A very pleasant cottage in an excellent location with lots to explore in a very quiet and unspoilt area with wonderful beaches where our dog could run for miles."
The cottage itself is quite basic but spotlessly clean and has pretty much everything required for a few days away and I have to say the beds were extremely big and comfortable. There is a nice sitting area outside but the lack of a window in the living area did make it feel a little bit claustrophobic. The one thing missing was a freezer compartment in the fridge so no ice for the gin and tonic! The fresh bread and looking local eggs were very welcome and much appreciated.
