  • "The apartment was exactly as the photos show and it is so central to the key sites in York."

    Having a parking space within a gated complex was ideal and once parked up we were able to walk everywhere, as the location couldn’t be better for the Shambles and York Minster etc. It’s also close to the bus stops for the hop on and hop off bus and picking up the road train to the train museum couldn’t have been easier too. The kitchen in the apartment is really well stocked with handy equipment if you want to cook and a large fridge freezer makes storing food and drinks really easy. However, the apartment is also really close to cafes, restaurants and pubs for those that don’t want to cook, so you can have the best of both worlds. Considering how central this apartment is in York it is exceptionally quiet. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in York and walking to key attractions is the cherry on the cake. The correspondence and guidance on how to access the apartment was also really helpful and a full guide is in the lounge to ensure you have everything at your fingertips. Whilst we didn’t use the welcome pack items, it was a really lovely touch that I know others will like. Thank you for a wonderful stay in York.

  • "We had a lovely stay at 6 Granary Court."

    The apartment is really central which meant we parked up for the 4 nights and then everything was within walking distance. The view of the Minster from the window was amazing- particularly at night! The apartment is really spacious and has everything you need (and more) for a great stay. The welcome goodies and eco-toiletries/ products were a great touch. We would certainly recommend staying here to family and friends as it made a great base for us to explore York. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    The apartment is incredibly spacious, in a perfect location for exploring York, and having a parking space was a huge bonus. It was nice and quiet in the evenings, and the view of the cathedral was amazing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future!

  • "This was our forth visit - always comfy, always clean and well kept."

    The owner allowed us entry at 12pm as the room was cleaned and ready which was very much appreciated. We always find the location fab and with the parking - perfect. Now has Rotu box fitted so we could get Netflix (which is great). A perfect apartment for York central. Would highly recommend.

  • "Excellent property was exactly as described in the advertisement."

    We were greated us on arrival and provided necessary details for stay. The appartment has everything you could possible need during your stay and is in an excellent location in the middle of York City with all the attractions and amenities within walking distance of the flat. It was thankfully also very quiet despite being in such a central location. The parking was also very secure. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short break in York to see the sights as we were.

  • "This was a lovely, and most charming flat to stay at, with a view of rooftops and the Minster."

    It was very quiet, and peaceful, all the time we were there, yet only a short walk from all the town of York has to offer, so very convenient. It had everything you could possibly need, and more (shopping bags, an umbrella even),There was a choice of supermarkets in a walkable distance if you were self catering, and lots to do, especially historic buildings to visit, York Minster, and the town walls. Being the first weekend of the Christmas market, the town was very popular for visitors in the late afternoon and evening, but all good natured fun. There are so very many choices of eating establishments or pubs , catering for every taste. We plan to visit again, definitely.
