    Mrs Anderson

“We booked two stays at the Garden Flat in the past couple of months when business brought us to Harrogate, and after the first stay, we were looking forward to returning.”

Having just completed our second stay, we can say that this is a lovely, clean, comfortable flat. The owners are exceptionally thoughtful - they're quick to respond to questions, and there are so many touches - milk in the fridge, biscuits - that go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. We wanted a kitchen where we could prepare meals and this one worked well - modern, clean, and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. As the mercury dropped, we found the flat to be cozy and warm, and appreciated the electric fire. Very nice outside seating area that would be a real plus during a warm weather stay. Lastly, the flat is in a highly convenient location - easy walk into town center, plus two bus lines on the next block. Steps away from the flat are a great mix of takeaways, cafes, independent shops, and a Sainsbury's Local. All in all, comfortable, relaxing stays that provided easy access to all Harrogate has to offer.

The property

With an attractive setting among the hustle and bustle of Harrogate is this lovely ground floor apartment boasting Victorian heritage and uplifting décor throughout.

With charm and character oozing from within, this cosy flat offers two spacious bedrooms with ample storage space for a family of four or a group of friends seeking a reviving break in North Yorkshire.

Positioned perfectly near the heart of the town, you have everything you need within easy reach including delis, cafes, shops and the conference centre just a five-minute walk away.

The king-size bedroom comprises a feature fireplace, a high Victorian-style ceiling and a beautiful bay window overlooking the front street.

Next, the twin room boasts much of the same yet overlooks the courtyard to the rear.

Step out from the kitchen and relax on the elegant garden lounge chairs, with a patio table to rest your beverage and a book in hand, enjoy the summer sunshine at any time of the day from the south-facing position.

Back inside you will enjoy a nicely appointed kitchen at the rear of the apartment, next stepping through past the bathroom to a modern, contemporary lounge with dining area.

Cosy up in front of the electric stove on a wintry night and enjoy each other's company after a venturesome day about the town.

The countryside enveloping Harrogate is a picturesque sight to behold; the Yorkshire Dales encompass miles on miles of moors, valleys and vibrant communities, whilst the beautiful Nidderdale offers a tapestry of lush green countryside.
