• "Riverside House is superb, spacious and spotless."

  It is approx 15 min walk from Peasholm park, 5 minutes from the nearest pub and less than 10 min from Tesco. The house was immaculate and welcoming with a large, well equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms were a good size, modern and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. The outside area would have been lovely if the weather had been warmer. The pool / table tennis was well used too. The check in & departure times are ideal. Our party of 8 all thoroughly enjoyed staying at Riverside house and would love to return again.

• "We have had a lovely stay at Riverside House."

  The accommodation was second to none, the beds were so comfortable and the different areas of the house were fantastic! I would like to mention a couple of items that we feel should be provided that weren’t, a second tea towel, hand soap in all the bathrooms, oven gloves. Also, we only noticed this because we had to strip all the beds, which we didn’t agree with, there were no pillow protectors on, which I think should be standard.

We have taken your comments on board, we hadn’t realised but the laundry hadn’t sent the oven gloves back but we have now purchased a spare set and the house now has more tea towels and the hand soaps have been replaced and pillow protectors are on order. • "A wonderful new year weekend spent with my family at Riverside House."

• "What an amazing stay and a fabulous house."

  It was big enough to house 10 of us comfortably and it had more than everything we needed. We will certainly be returning. It is a 15 minute stroll to the beach and was a lovely pre Christmas family break. Thank you so much.

• "Had an amazing stay here!"

  It’s very spacious for a family or friends getaway, as well as very homely. Everything was so clean, the beds are super comfy and the showers are brilliant! We made use of all the games they had to offer and will definitely be returning in summer to make use of the huge garden space.

• "We loved our week in the holiday home."

  Spacious and modern and clean. Had everything we needed and bonus of fabulous WiFi to keep the teenager happy. I loved the garden seeing the squirrels, pheasant and a deer one morning running through the garden was lovely. I have already been looking to book again and friends on my social media have been asking where it was we stayed as it looked perfect. It's a lovely less busy but with enough to access area of scarborough. Perfect if you drive or to walk as we did a lot. Definitely will be returning

• "I ACTUALLY SLEPT WELL!"

  !!! This statement is so important to me because I never sleep well in other beds. Beds, pillows and linen are of great quality and comfortable. Android TV's in all the double rooms! First world modern problems huh? This really helps, especially for someone like me who's mind is constantly racing. I get to channel my thoughts and go straight to sleep. Great for the kids also when getting ready in morning and night. The whole house just screams comfort, luxury and tranquility! The garden ugh! What a garden it is. Enough showers for everyone and that bathtub! One could go to sleep in that bathtub and wake up a relaxed raisin. A fun filled garage stocked with beach toys, Pool table which Doubles as a table tennis.... Table oh and a washing machine. One thing I hate, is you come to properties like this and greeted with an undertake micro fridge with a freezer drawer. NOT THIS PLACE! Large American style fridge freezer and pantry to accommodate ALL your groceries. No query, random, useless decorative items randomly placed either. You can tell upon arrival that this house was designed and decorated with taste and comfort in mind. Fantastic location with easy access into Scarborough. Only little feedback I'd recommend is adding blinds to the windows to add another layer blocking light from coming in. This is easy enough with the beautiful large window bays. I LOVED THIS PROPERTY, we all did and can't wait to come back!!!!

• "Property was very spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped."

  No complaints whatsoever. We loved staying at Riverside Hiuse. Thank you . I would just like to offer a suggestion - I think more coasters are needed to help prevent people putting hot cups etc on the tables. Also I couldn’t find a frying pan. These comments are not complaints. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

• "We were the first people to stay in Riverside House."

  It has been beautifully refurbished and the fixtures and fittings feel luxurious. Our favourite area is the modern extension and we spent both evenings we were stayed in there just relaxing. The younger members loved the pool table in the garage. The house is about 15 minutes walk from the Sealife Centre and there is also a pub serving food just a few minutes walk.
