  • "We,as grandparents took our 2 granddaughters to Willow Tree Cottage for four nights."

It was so lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. There’s everything you could want for a stay away, plus a lovely secluded little garden, totally safe for young ones. Our four year old granddaughter said their bedroom was”perfect Nanny”. If I’ve one gripe,it would have benefitted from a hand rail on the stairs, apart from that 10/10

  • "We had a lovely time at Willow Tree Cottage."

The cottage was exceptionally clean when we arrived. We loved the welcome bag of Yorkshire goodies. The kids loved the cupboard of board games and the back garden. The kitchen was well stocked and had kid cutlery and bowls/plates. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and linens. The only tiny quiff was that there was one toilet roll for a family of four, but we always fail to remember to bring along extras! It is nice that there is a large Co Op nearby. We would definitely stay again at this lovely cottage. Thank you!

  • "Beautiful cottage."

Quirky ,but all mod cons and more. Spotlessly clean. Lovely little garden area. Maybe an extra handrail on first flight of stairs? Only drawback is the damp, musty smell. Otherwise a perfect holiday home.

  • "Great accomodation The only negatives would be the steep stairs to the upper bedroom & the parking."

Sometimes you can't get anywhere near the property.

  • "Perfect Cottage."

It had everything we needed and things we didn't need Can't think of anything to say in a negative way about lt would definitely stay there again if we are going in that area Plenty things to see and do on Coast and on Yorkshire Moors. Would suit family and both Walkers and Cyclists Bicycles can be safely stored in secure back garden

  • "Very cute and cosy property situated in a prime location within Skelton."

Bedrooms are spacious, lounge is compact but comfortable and kitchen is bright and cosy. Very well stocked with amenities including soaps, cleaning products and a lovely welcome pack of biscuits and crisps. A very slight smell was observed in the property, perhaps a result of dampness, but not in any way a major issue and certainly not strong enough to cause a problem. Good value for money and would be pleased to return again.
