  • "Just had a family weekend in this property celebrating our parents golden wedding anniversary."

    The photos do not do this property justice - it is such a fabulous place to stay! The property was immaculate, clean and was well equipped for 13 people. The beds were really comfortable, we all slept well. The pool room was in constant use, and there was plenty of room for us to eat together in the dining room. There is lots of space to spend a quiet moment or ample seating in the main lounge for everyone to gather together and not feel squashed. The location is great and we had the best weekend staying here. Thanks to the owner for the attention to detail and the cleaners for their hard work and especially Natalie for her quick responses to my queries. Honestly, anyone who stays here will not be disappointed.

  • "This was a perfect house for our family holiday."

    The space was fantastic, and even with 5 adults and four young children we did not feel cramped. The bedrooms were large, with very comfortable beds and the bedding was of a very high quality. The large dining room made it possible for us to eat all our meals together, and with ample crockery meal times were a pleasure. The kitchen was very well appointed and the games room and the upstairs snug were an added bonus. Parking was not a problem, despite the road works at the rear of the property on week one and we were a 3 car family. All in all this property met the needs for our whole family and we had an absolutely fabulous time. It was within very easy access of all the amenities Scarborough has to offer and we would highly recommend this property for large group. We would definitely use this property again in the future

  • "Lovely stay."

    Great location near to South bay amenities and gardens and Spa lift. House was comfortable and full of amenities. Ideal for our multigenerational group. We loved the roof terrace, especially as we were so lucky with the weather. Only criticism was the walk and stairs to the bathroom from 3 of the bedrooms but appreciate that you can't easily change the layout of the house. Thank you very much for the thoughtful welcome gift and card.

  • "The house was perfect for our large family, all had our own space."

    It was quite a walk to some of the sights etc but the children enjoyed the walks through the parks and to the beach.

  • "Fantastic property for a family get together."

    Great location, 10 mins from local beach. 15 mins walk into town centre. Welcome pack was a lovely thought. Kids, and grown ups enjoyed the pool table. Beds very comfortable. Sound didn’t travel, which meant even with so many people in the house, you never felt crowded. Loved the snug, and roof terrace, and got some sun to enjoy it. Clean, lots of fridge space, kitchen well stocked, and cupboard of essentials welcome. Thank you for a great stay.

  • "The property was very clean, the bedding and the beds were clean and comfortable."

    The kitchen was well equipped although it really needed a tumble dryer with a large family and not much drying space outside. We didn’t like that hot water was limited to two hours per day, we prefer constant hot water. The lounge and dining room were comfortable ,with plenty of seating .

The hot water is on timed for two hours but there is a button on the top of the Hive control where you can put it on boost whenever you like. Hope this helps you if you visit us again.   • "Large, airy rooms with comfortable beds and seating."

    Very well appointed with lots of storage space, coat hangers, crockery and cutlery. Needed a science degree to work the oven but the younger ones worked it out! Had to keep my husband and his pacemaker away from the halogen hob (he didn't mind!) but otherwise we had a great time with our friends. Excellent position for the town and the Spa (where we were attending a conference) but far enough out to be quiet and easy to park. Recommended.

  • "This is an excellent property, with great facilities, and in a great location."

    All the bedrooms are spacious with large beds and comfortable mattresses. There is also a small comfortable sitting room which leads onto an outside patio on the first floor landing which was a delight. Good place to read or just relax. The dining room and lounge easily accommodate 12 people if required. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances. There is an abundance of crockery, cutlery and glasses all of which is lovely. The property is just around the corner from the sea front which also accesses the Cleveland Way walking footpath. It’s about a 5 - 10 minute walk into the town centre and there is also a funicular tram service. I would highly recommend this property and I know my sister- in- law was considering another family stay. The welcome gift pack was a lovely treat and gratefully received. Thank you .

  • "A wonderfully comfortable and well equipped house with everything needed for a perfect stay!"
