  • "Lovely little studio apartment on the ground floor on a quiet well- positioned street close to the harbour, town and spa."

Spotlessly clean with the most helpful caretaker. I am disabled with two small dogs and it suited us perfectly, had a lovely week there, as always.

  • "There was damage from a leak on the walls and ceiling, but it wasn’t an issue to us."

Everything was very clean, well stocked for what was required. Big thanks to Sam for all her help. Would defo book again. Very central to everything. Sea view assured, especially when the winds up and tide is in.

  • "We had a brilliant time In Bridlington, the accommodation however is way too small."

Uncomfortable small bed. Wet marks on the ceiling and wall could do with a refresh. Please put darker blinds .the shower is stuck in a corner position and no shelves to put soap on . TV is so tiny and so far away you can barely hear anything unless the volume is high . Would have booked a bigger room if I had known it was so small .outside front could do with bit of weeding and paving slabs cleaned otherwise great location.

  • "Had a nice stay with my dog but it's a studio not a one bed apartment."

Not much room between bed and table so have lovely bruises on my thigh thanks to the bedpost corner. Flooded the bathroom as no instructions left as to which tap worked which shower head. Could have done with an eye mask as the overhead light was on from dusk till dawn and the blinds aren't blackout ones. Read other reviews and took a digital indoor aerial with me which I stuck to the window. TV worked as normal after retuning to aerial setting otherwise you have to sign in to each app. The instructions were there for the TV but they didn't work as previous occupants had attached It to a laptop and not reset it. It was well equipped and short walk to shops and bus station and across the road from The Spa. Sam the caretaker was lovely. She sorted the problem I had with the central heating but then it had problems again. Only there 4 nights and it was warm anyway so didn't bother her again. Wouldn't stay again though.

  • "This is our second stay at Frankie's, and we enjoyed yet again, if I could make a suggestion, regarding room 1 shower cubicle, we are both on our way for 70 years old and found the shower tray a bit slippy perhaps a mat would solve the problem and a soap and shampoo holder to save bending down as it became a bit of a balancing act at our age hope this helps."

    Cheer Mike.

  • "The property is a high standard with everything you could need for a comfortable stay."

Very clean and fresh. Being a studio it is a little cramped for everything that is in there. Check in was very simple and easy to access. Parking is a bit difficult as it is resident permits only during the day. It is just across a quiet road to the promenade and beach so you can sit at the outside table watching the sunrise over the sea - magical. The tv took me some time to work out as you have to stream it from your phone or laptop - I would suggest bringing a firestick if you have one. Would be good if there was a freeview aerial! Special mention to caretaker Karen who is a star! Very helpful and knows the good places to eat. Would recommend Frankies and if we visit Bridlington again will definitely be staying here.
