  • "Needs blackout curtains it gets light at 04:00 and wakes you up, this is not acceptable."

Either need to label the whirlpool bath switch or provide instructions on where the power switch is in the bedroom to turn it on. If you advise you have it ensure it can be used easily.

Thanks for your feedback. We're glad you were able to enjoy your stay overall. We appreciate your comments on the early morning light and the whirlpool bath instructions—these are certainly things we’ll take on board. It's always helpful to know where we can make small changes that improve the overall experience for guests Property Owner

  • "We enjoyed our stay but there was some issues."

First I got stuck in the bathroom because of the lock, luckily the owners came quickly to let me out but it's not the point. Either fix the lock or remove it. Secondly the bedroom blinds make it very difficult to get a good night sleep, there is a light outside the building so with it being light grey blinds light easily came in so it was difficult to sleep. Please change the blinds to black or add some curtains. And final thing is the bath shower, the glass covering is not enough, whenever I had a shower water would get all over the floor which made it dangerous when getting out of the bath/shower. Please get a floor mat or a shower curtain. Other than these issues it is a nice apartment but I have stayed in better.

Thanks for your honest feedback—it really helps us improve. We’re glad to hear you still enjoyed your stay, despite a few hiccups along the way. Getting stuck in the bathroom sounds stressful, so we’re especially grateful we were able to respond quickly. That said, you’re absolutely right—reliable door locks should be a given. Your suggestions about the blinds and the bath setup are also very helpful, particularly for a better night’s sleep and a safer shower experience. These are all useful pointers that we’ll share with the team for review. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience—it’s always appreciated. Property Owner
