  • "Visited as 2 couples & 2 dogs."

    Excellent property in an ideal situation with easy access to harbour & town centre. Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation with secure off street parking for 2 cars. Only slight downside was having to park in main car park to go to office to pick the keys up. Would definitely book again.

  • "Lovely property and great location, just needed dusting and blinds cleaning."

    It was a bit of a faff collecting the keys from town centre and returning them. Also the lock to the parking area, you had to get on your knees to unlock which might be tricky for older people. However saying all that, it wouldn't put us off from booking the property again.

    Sorry you experienced a few problems The blinds are terrible to keep clean The property has been booked for most of the past few weeks and our poor cleaner has not had the time to tackle them I am pleased you enjoyed your stay and would be delighted if you wish to stay with us again Les Property Owner

  • "Great location with stunning views of the abbey from the house."

    The parking really makes this apartment a really good find. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable being ground floor was perfect for ourvelderlybdog with an enclosed rear access and no issues with the minimal noise from above never bothered us at all. Although mostly clean some areas not been cleaned for a while window blinds were very dirty but didn't bother us. We had a great time, a home from home and lots of doggy extras cushions blankets & treats. Would stay again without hesitation abd highly recommend to others.

  • "Lovely spacious comfortable apartment with quality towels."

    Really well equipped kitchen probably the best in Whitby !! Parking a bonus, and the apartment is located in a quiet area. Very little noise from the neighbours above. Extra blankets would have been useful as well as the heating being higher before our arrival . The first night was a tad chilly !!

  • "We've stayed in Whitby many times, but Falcons Nest is by far the best place."

    When we arrived the apartment was lovely and warm, very clean and tidy. There was a lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us, thank you. Our 2 dogs had plenty of room in the yard, very secure. The equipment in the kitchen was fantastic. Every utensil you could think of. The beds were soooo comfortable and the bedding was beautiful and spotless. And one of the best things about it is, it has private parking for two cars, which is pricey for Whitby. We had an amazing time, our friends and us were that impressed that we're booking for this year. Booking via Sykes is very easy. I called into Yorkshire Coastal Cottage offices on Skinner Street and the ladies there were so lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment, Sykes and Yorkshire Coastal Cottages. Thank you and see you soon. ❤️

  • "The flat is lovely and had everything we needed, even some little toys for our little one."

    It's in a good location too. Only a short walk down into the town. We did here a bit of noise from the flat above but didn't bother us to much. Cleaners could maybe do a deeper clean as I did spot a few cobwebs on the walls, but it is that time of year. We enjoyed our stay though and will be looking to stay at Falcons Nest again when we come back to Whitby

  • "We really enjoyed our stay ❤️ The flat is clean and spacious and the owners have thought of everything, I've never seen so many handy things available eg airfryer, binoculars, rucksack, sauces etc etc The only very small recommendation would have been an extra little gate on the patio just to stop the dog going to the drive when the patio door is open."
