  • "No current gas safety certificate."

Boiler had to be reset on arrival as no hot water. Caravan needs some food trays. Beds were comfy.

Thank you for your feedback. All of our letting caravans have a valid gas safety certificate as this is an annual legal requirement. The safety of our guests is of paramount importance to us and I would just like to add that the gas test for this particular accommodation was carried out on 11th March 2025. Apologies that your boiler had to be reset on arrival. This sometimes happens when the gas bottle is exchanged. Appreciate your feedback on the food trays thank you and this has been passed to the park for action. Delighted that you found our beds to be comfy as we have invested heavily in our letting caravans to ensure a restful nights sleep and I am pleased that you found this to be the case. Thanks again for your much valued feedback as this is always welcome and the only way that we can continually improve our holiday park experience Property Owner

  • "Overall Billing Aquadrome was a nice place to stay."

Beautiful surroundings, caravan was nice with a nice welcoming gift bag (a couple of things missing from kitchen area) but overall very good. Very friendly staff, our kids enjoyed the park and the swimming pool was good although could maybe do with a bit more for younger kids, mini slide maybe! Lake activities were good and lots for older kids to do. May bring ours back in a couple of years. A lot of the activities weren’t on and some of the food places where closed so was limited to where to could eat on site and the arcade games/shop seemed to have lots of problems and couldn’t exchange our arcade tickets at the end at the shop due to this.

  • "The caravan is lovely, beautiful spec, spacious and spotlessly clean."

The park is great and it is being renovated. The issues we had were with the van’s location: right on the perimeter, a stone’s throw away from the dual carriageway and the noise was unbearable and did not stop 24/7. We had to cut our holiday short by a day because we didn’t sleep and were exhausted. We were also missing a mattress on arrival and it took some searching of numbers and calling the wrong people to get through to somebody who can help (Sykes cottages had a closed message, housekeeping number in online ‘welcome pack’ said ‘this phone is turned off’.) The shower was also unusable due to water pressure and hot water was hit and miss (mostly miss). Perhaps we were doing something wrong but there were no instructions. We had to shower in swimming pool! Would return to the park and if this van was in another location and the water/shower issue sorted, it would have been great.
