  • "On he first day we found the bath in bedroom 2 was leaking, with water leaking into the sitting room and the bath couldn't be used as a result."

This was clearly not a new problem as there appears to be existing water staining on the sitting room wall below the bath. The site reception was locked as it also was the following day so an email was sent to the address provided explaining the problem. To no avail, and subsequent regular visits to site reception found it to be always locked and unoccupied. On the day of departure reception we found was manned so we reported the problem and received an apologetic response (and replacement of the towels used to mop up the flood) but alas too late to be of any help. One other comment, the kitchen was poorly equipped eg no frying pan, no oven gloves, these had to be purchased.
