  • "Lovely bungalow and outdoor area."

You can tell lots of thought went into the renovation. We were a group of 6 adults, 2 children and a dog, it was lovely and spacious and the outdoor area was stunning. Great location and easy to walk into the centre of Durham. Our only constructive feedback is it needs more utensils. We would definitely return, Thanks for a lovely stay x

  • "Fantastic stay at Arbour house, beautiful property, luxurious and very comfortable."

Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. Would have really benefited from a tumble dryer to dry the towels ect after the hot tub. The dogs adored the freedom of the countryside as did we. The kids were never out of the hot tub and the views from there are to die for. Overall our little stay was exactly what we needed to celebrate family birthdays.

  • "Lovely property in a great location which has been decorated beautifully."

5 minute drive into Durham and 30 minutes from Newcastle meaning there is plenty to do. Lots of local dog walking paths close by which was handy for our two dogs. Hot tub has a great view, would recommend this property to our friends and family.
