    The property was spotless, warm and comforting. The appliances were excellent-Smart tv is NOT hard to navigate despite reviews to the contrary ! The location was excellent and central to the village with simple parking. We loved our time in the bungalow and would be very happy to return.

  • "We did enjoy our stay at the Villa Rose, we have stayed in the area before so it is comfortable to be in a known area."

    The cottage was clean and tidy and once we had worked out what was where in the cottage all was well and we soon mastered the TV, and the heating Thank you

  • "Perfect for two and a small dog!"

    Tastefully decorated and well equipped bungalow. Quiet ideal location. Would recommend and we would definitely book again. Only suggestion would be larger towels.

  • "Beautiful bungalow for a couple."

    Very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean on our arrival. Under floor heating a real benefit. The only issue for us was the lack of enclosed space for our dog and therefore we sadly would not return. Overall an excellent property

  • "Villa Rose was a well equipped and stylish place to stay."

    It has local amenities close by with a local store for food and milk. The nearby parking enabled us to keep an eye on our car at all times. Dinner out was easy with the Craster Arms just up the road. Everyone was so friendly. Getting to attractions was no problem from this place.

  • "Cottage very small."

    No privacy as public footpath extremely close. Tv a nightmare to operate. Bottom sheet did not fit the bed and quilt not good quality. Welcome pack very poor. Only one bath towel for two people. We left a day early. Very disappointed.

    Hi, I’m sorry you were disappointed, There are internal blinds in the bifold doors for more privacy if needed. From your feedback I have replaced the fitted sheets for flat sheets. Cleaners always leave two bath towels and two hand towels out. I’m at a loss in regard to a second towel. I will feed this back thank you. I hope you enjoyed your holiday.   • "A beautiful property!"

    So modern and clean, we felt like the first people who had stayed there. A cosy bungalow, perfect for two people for a few days and a good use of a smaller property Perfect that the green space was visible from the patio and also up a short path, so could let the dog out safely (or take on the lead) at night 5 mins walk to the “smaller” beach towards Seahouses, 10 mins if you walk the path along the new build estate for the bigger beach We’d definitely stay again. Beautiful decor and felt very much at home

  • "Well presented, very clean with a lovely shower and comfortable bed."

    A peaceful place, ideal for our much needed short winter break and the underfloor heating kept the place cosy. Great wee base for access to walking on the beaches and coastal path. Hearing the sound of curlews was music to our ears.

  • "The property was very warm and cosy,just what we wanted for a week away at Christmas."

    And my husband was very happy with no steps to negotiate.We also got out and about to see a few places,and my walks along the beach were very refreshing.hope to be back one summer.

  • "Very well equipped and comfortable bungalow finished to a very high standard, Emma has done a brilliant job."

    Close to the beach and plenty of lovely places to eat and drink, The Craster Arms, cocktails at Beadnell Towers, Saltwater Bistro, The Courtyard and gorgeous pizzas from the Bae all within 5 - 10 mins walk. Its also ideally situated for visiting all areas of the north east and borders. Only problem we found was the patio wasn't enclosed as advertised which was one of the reasons we chose this property so that our dog could wander around freely. As it was a new renovation it may just be a hold up with the gate being fitted, but all in all a lovely little holiday home and we would love to return.

Villa Rose is a lovely holiday bungalow situated near the beach in the charming village of Beadnell, Northumberland.

Offering couples and their four-legged friends a wonderful location near the coastline, great too for walkers wanting to enjoy the England Coastal path which is a stone throw away.

Although don't be fooled there are some great cafes and restaurants here!

Dog friendly and accessible. Upon entering your single-storey abode, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan area, thoughtfully laid out to include a kitchen, dining, and sitting areas.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table set for two or more should you have friends or family staying locally.

After dinner, retire to the sitting room, where a Smart TV awaits for a relaxing night with all your favourite films and TV shows!

When the sun is shining, head outside to the front patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.

Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, not to be missed. The Northumberland Coast Path offers stunning walking and hiking opportunities where you can soak in the scenic coastal trails with breath-taking views, whilst the nearby Seahouses Golf Club offers a wonderful spot to practice your swing or play a round or two amidst the coastal backdrop.
