"Lovely accommodation."
Very comfortable and well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful views from the living room and kitchen windows.
Location is good and only a short drive to Bamburgh, Holy Island and Seahouses.
We would definitely return.

"We had a wonderful 2 day stay at Budle View."
It was arranged at very short notice and would recommend the property. It was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very well appointed , the owners have thought of everything to make visit enjoyable. Twin beds in one room would be more useful but could not fault anything else.

"What a lovely home and lovely location."
The bungalow was clean, bright and spacious. Great views out of the front window and a lovely garden to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. All facilities were in good working order with lots of crockery and pans. The house was always cosy and warm.
The local town is friendly with three pubs and a local coop for all your needs. The local garden centre did a great breakfast. We enjoyed food, pub quiz and live music at The Black Swan. The staff there were very friendly.
We visited Bamburgh, Craster, Lindisfarne and many other fabulous beaches. Lovely coastal walks everywhere. We are all hoping to visit again and we would highly recommend. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

"Budle View is an exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished spacious bungalow."
Situated in Belford near to Alnwick and Bamburgh with amazing views across to Holy Island. Great location for visiting this stunning part of Northumberland. We stayed for five nights and loved every minute. After a busy day out and about it was lovely to come back to such lovely cosy modern accommodation. There's simply everything you need there and more. Would love to return and definitely recommend!

"Great stay at Bundle View."
Well equipped accommodation, very comfortable and spacious, lovely furnishings and decor. Home from home feeling making it a very relaxed holiday. Weather was amazing and very hot, we would have liked to have had a the use of a fan and also an outside umbrella, but it did not mar our time at there. We were Disappointed in the lack of places to eat an evening meal in Belford, although there are three pubs, the days food was available was not as advertised. The Blue well was good and the fish and chips from the John Dory were amazing.
We would highly recommend this accommodation, great place to stay and good for getting out and about along the coast.

"We were delighted with our stay at this lovely property."
Would re-visit later in the year when warmer so we could also enjoy the outdoor space in the lovely garden. Only drawback for doing this would be that all the beds are doubles and a twin room would work better for our family. However this is a wonderful property in an amazing location. Couldn’t believe the beautiful view of Holy Island from the kitchen window ❤️

"Great location, very well placed for Alnwick, Bamburgh etc."
Close enough to walk to pubs / for food in Belford. Lovely property, very clean and decorated well. Nice touch with wine, milk, Easter egg. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, all high quality plates and mugs. (Just lacked a pizza wheel). Fantastic, 5 out of 5 stars from us. Would highly recommend

"We would happily stay in this beautiful house again."
We didn't spend much time there as we were making good use of it's location to visit Bamburgh, Seahouses, Alnwick, Cragside, St Cuthbert's Cave, Hadrian's Wall and more.
Located in a quiet area at the end of the village, the shops, playground, pubs and farm shop (with wonderful cafe!) are all within walking distance. Although beware the hill walk on your return!
There are excellent views of Holy Island from the kitchen and living room. The house is comfortable and everything is to a high standard to help you feel very relaxed and comfortable. The owners generously provided everything from wonderful soaps and high quality fluffy towels to sets of drinking glasses, mugs/cups, Pyrex, baking trays etc. to fit every occasion. There are practical and well thought solutions throughout the house to make young and older guests feel at home.
The table football/foosball in the garage was a magical surprise and the welcome pack was very much appreciated after a very long journey.
We would highly recommend the house and hope to visit again in the future.

"Budle View exceeded our expectations and was a great place to stay."
It was really warm and comfortable, which was appreciated in the middle of March. A true home from home. Although we didnt use the private rear garden, it would be a great place to sit on a summers evening. The property was only a short drive to many of the local attractions, with lots of walks in the area. We would definitely like to stay there again.
