    "Lovely break away but would be better if there was somewhere to sit apart from the bed although it is small so not sure where."

    It would also benefit from a table and chair outside so you can sit out and relax

    "Already submitted a complaint but not had much back from you so we are very disappointed with Sykes."

    The accommodation was inaccurately described as it did not state it was a shared access with another studio directly opposite. It was noisy and lights going on and off at all hours of the morning and very disturbing. The studio needs updating, paint pealing off the walls, no personal touches such as a welcome pack, milk, teabags, etc. The lady owner was rude coming to knock on our door and state it was £10 per night to use the electric (even though this is included in the price in the description) for charging our car with a slow charging plug in which costs a couple of pounds per night, didn't even ask if we were having a nice stay or needed anything. Felt they were just in it for the money, not hospitable at all and would not recommend nor revisit. You need to update your description highlighting that this is one of 2 studios with a shared entrance and stairway and is not peaceful as you can hear every little sound as it is like being nextdoor to another bedroom! I am still waiting for an apology/compensational email so please can you look into this! Otherwise I will be adding to the hundreds of other negative reviews about Sykes on Google and trip advisor! Thank you.

The village of Kelsall is situated on Kelsall Hill, on the edge of the Cheshire Plains. The village is located near the famous Sandstone Trail and Delamere Forest and offers picturesque buildings, two historic churches, renowned farm shops, as well as a number of excellent pubs - there is something for everyone here. Chester is located 8 miles north, and the city has quite rightly been described as 'the jewel of the North-West of England'.
