  • "Wonderful village home, felt like home from home."

    Stayed with my partner and our friends, who have two little children. The house was beautifully decorated simplistic and classy all in one. The communication about the bed arrangement was very considerate. And on the note of beds , we all couldn't compliment them enough -they were so comfortal- even the sofa bed. The touch of the coffee and tea and fresh milk in the fridge upon arrival were greatly appreciated after a long drive. There were also the general essentials: fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. Which was fab and one less cost for us. The hot tub was a bonus! What a great way for the adults to relax in the evening one the kids were put to bed. We utilised the amenities well. To make it even better for future visitors I would suggest a small few additions: A larger pot (cooking for 6 was a little restricted at times with the two small pots) A cheese grater (little one love cheesy pasta) Microwave cover Hairdryer- as a group we have become use to not needing to pack one, so were surprised when we couldn't find one in the home. Perhaps also a laminated card to sit alongside the sink, we had never used a waste disposal sink or instant hot water tap before so this was a new experience. Overall the experience was wonderful! Thank you very much.
