Conveniently, park up outside on the lengthy driveway; store your bikes in the garage and get ready for your holiday to begin!

Step inside to be welcomed by the capacious kitchen/diner, ample-equipped with all your culinary needs, cook up a storm in the electric cooker and when dinner is ready, gather around the dining table to enjoy a heart-warming meal.

After a mouth-watering dish, locate the sitting room, put your feet up and unwind with a Netflix film with a crisp, glass of wine at hand.

As the evening grows dark, choose between a sumptuous king-size bedroom or the twin bedroom, which is equally suited to adults or children, with full-size single beds and views on to the back garden.

Wake-up with an invigorating rinse in the shower room before joining your family at the outdoor table to soak in the rural setting.

Lace up your walking boots and embark on an adventure on a nature trail to take advantage of the Staffordshire Moorlands; take a picnic along with you and relish the outdoors.

For an action-packed day, treat your family to a day on exhilarating rides at Alton Towers or get close to exotic animals at Peak wildlife Farm.

Visit the unspoilt town of Leek to view stunning architecture along cobbled streets; boasting a shopping mall with independent shops, as well as the chance to try local produce at traditional butchers, bakers and be sure to experiment an Oatcake.

Take a trip to the picturesque town of Ashbourne for streets running with Tudor and Georgian buildings; steeped in history with alms-houses, traditional coaching inns and the intriguing front of the Grade I listed Old Grammar School.

Also located at the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands, you can visit the lovely picturesque market town of Cheadle.

With many historic buildings and features from the Georgian and Victorian eras, it can trace it’s routes back to medieval times.

Of particular significance is 'Pugin's Gem' the Roman Catholic church of St Giles which is considered to be the finest Victorian Gothic church in the country and a must see during a visit to the town.

Nearby, the Churnet Valley Railway takes you on a journey back to the 1950s and 1960s.

Take a break from busy urban life and hop on board a steam train at the nearby Froghall Station to ride in a heritage carriage behind one of our beautifully restored heritage steam or diesel locomotives.

Re-live the classic days of railway travel on a rural line that passes through beautiful countryside, with riverside views and the Caldon Canal, known as Staffordshire's "Little Switzerland".

Hiking enthusiasts may wish to travel further afield to the splendour of the Peak District National Park to absorb rugged landscapes, heather moorlands and limestone valleys.
