"On arrival and meeting Katrina, we were sure we had made a good move by booking the cottage."
As soon as we entered the property we were impressed by the layout, the standard of finish to decor and provision of facilities and equipment and cleanliness. With the availability of an excellent pub opposite and the beautiful Peak District, made for an excellent week's holiday.
So glad you enjoyed the cottage and your time in our village. Hope to see you again.

"The location of this cottage is excellent for reaching most of the Peak District."
Generally the facilities are really good with a bathroom per bedroom, very well equipped throughout and an EV charger. The downsides are to do with having a large car and a dog. Parking could be a nightmare when there were 3 other vehicles and a camper van to negotiate. The shared garden is very nice and large but you need to go out the front door, across the drive and through a gate (sometimes in my PJs) and it is recommended to keep the dog on a lead because of a culvert in which the dog might get trapped. We sought an enclosed garden to be able to let our dog wander. Also, it makes it a hassle to eat/drink outdoors but very nice if you do.
The owners were delightful. Very informative, helpful and friendly.

"A lovely cottage,very friendly owners."
we loved our stay. Dogo coat hooks were adorable. Clean, plenty of room, facilities good. The only minor niggle is the hoover doesn't pick up very well. We will certainly visit again
Thanks for your kind remarks. We have replaced the vacuum cleaner with a GTech Air Ram which will certainly cope with dogs. Many thanks for alerting us to this issue.

"It's a lovely cottage in a lovely location with good facilities, including bathrooms up & downstairs and plenty of kitchen utensils."
Good area for short or longer doggy walks, with a nice hill to climb nearby and pub across the road with a nice line in local beers.
Tim & Katrina (next door) are the perfect hosts - very friendly and helpful, while giving us room to enjoy our stay. Thank you both :-)
Be aware: it's an 'upside down house' with the main part of the property up some wooden stairs, so may not be ideal for those who struggle with mobility.

"We have had a great few days at lyndale cottage Bradwell."
The accommodation was perfect for us, very comfortable beds with a bath and shower. Tim and Katrina were very welcoming and on hand if we had any issues. Bradwell is a lovely village with three pubs a chippy, village store and a co op. It is close to Mam tor and lots of scenic walks in Hope valley which we absolutely loved exploring with our dog . I would recommend the cottage and area to anyone.

"The cottage was equal or even more than out expectations."
The owners were both friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Faultless. The electric hookup was a bonus for us and very easy to use. At 7kw it was amply fast for our stay, o hunting round to “top up””.
The location was excellent,as were the meals and staff in the pub opposite.
We had a great time and would stay again.
100% thanks again.

"Really enjoyed our stay at Lyndale cottage."
Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for self catering supplied. Co-op shop 10 minute walk away for supplies. It is situated on a main road so there is traffic noise but it goes quite in the evening so no problem sleeping. Ideally situated to explore the surrounding areas. Lovely pub across the road with really good food. If we were visiting this area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

"Lovely cottage."
Was better than we expected from the photos. Spacious cottage too. Parking outside front door. We didnt use the garden as there wasnt direct access from the front door. Location excellent, co-op, chip shop and really nice meal at the shoulder of mutton pub opposite. Can walk to Castleton from here too. Beds comfy and handy having two bathrooms with decents showers. Decent wifi. Host welcoming and available if you needed anything. Would stay here again, thank you.
I'm sorry you didn't use the garden. it's only though the gate at the front of the house.
