“Cottage was lovely and very clean and well equipped.”

The seating in the lounge was not adequate. It was very uncomfortable. It would benefit from 2 sofas rather than 1 very small sofa and 2 occasional chairs.

The seating in the lounge was not adequate. It was very uncomfortable. It would benefit from 2 sofas rather than 1 very small sofa and 2 occasional chairs. Beds were also very small but this was due to small bedrooms. Shower was rubbish, it did not attach to the wall. Cottage was very well equipped. Youlgrave is a lovely village and very near to Bakewell. The bulls head pub is fantastic, good food and real ale. We would return if the aforementioned things were addressed.

Thank you for your feedback. Pine cottage is a small traditional stone built cottage, and as such the rooms are quite small in keeping with the style of build. With regards to the shower, it is clearly advertised in the listing as a hand held shower over a bath. The beds are a standard double and a king size (which can be split into twin beds). Sorry if this was not satisfactory. - Sykes owner relations
