  • "The property was lovely and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children."

    It had everything we needed. There were toys for the children and a lovely enclosed play area attached to the house. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here.

  • "Very clean and tidy with good sized rooms."

    The owners clearly cared about the property. It was located perfectly for the local roads and attractions. It was nice to see the birds including a woodpecker and the rabbits on the lawn every night! It was also quiet and peaceful with the owners being very polite and friendly. The only real negative point was the door closers felt a bit ‘heavy’, my mum is only small though and not that strong so not a problem for the average person.

  • "It took some getting used to hearing the coming and going of the owners through the blocked off communal entrance but we got used to it fairly quickly."

    Pro’s Lovely area, actually felt safer having the owners next door and a locked gate. Beautiful and very interesting grounds with a dawn chorus every day if you opened a window or door. Very spacious and excellent tv sound. Plenty of heating so always warm. We turned it off most of time. Good size towels. Very clean, but I’ve noticed this is always the case when owners do their own cleaning. Cons, Thermostatic radiators valves in the furthest bedroom and kitchen need replacing (I’m a gas man) they have frightening water hammer and scare everyone at the worst times like early morning unless they are on full Could do with a larger pan in kitchen. And a good knife. There is an air frier which is rare ! So not a con, just a suggestion to get a larger one in most cases this could save electric. Most people at home use a big dual air frier and the hobs in my opinion. But I would go here again in a heartbeat. And I’m sure the radiators will be fixed.

  • "The Barn was a great get away from the busy city life."

    We went there for my wife's 50th birthday. The place was clean tidy and just perfect to relax and have a nice time. The kitchen was well equipped the open space outside the house was great. We all enjoyed playing with the owners dog they were cute and friendly. Great customer service and care whenever we called we were guided well.would certainly recommend to stay and we may return back hopefully someday. Thanks for everything.

    The cleanest holiday home we have stayed in to date! Three very comfortable bedrooms with their own en-suite’s. Great location near Shrewsbury, Telford and Ironbridge. Nice safe garden for little ones. Would definitely recommend.

  • "A lovely spacious, spotlessly clean cottage which is attached to the owners property in a rural location but within easy reach by car of Ironbridge, Telford, Shrewsbury, Ludlow and all of the delightful architecture and history with independent shops aplenty."

    I must complement the owners on being helpful but discreet, nothing is too much trouble and our party of 4 are grateful to Lucy for going above and beyond. In conclusion we can highly recommend this cottage and owners and give it 5 stars. Thanks again for a lovely holiday you've made it special for us. Lucy D

  • "This is a fantastic property and we had a great stay."

    Having three en suite rooms makes such a difference to a stay with friends so this is a great feature of the property. The house was very clean and the towels that were provided were lovely and soft. The owners couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. Only slight negative we had was the curtains are aesthetically lovely but are white based and provide no protection from light in the mornings (or at nap time for our baby!). It wasn’t too bad for us in the mornings as we are heading to winter but I imagine in the summer this could cause issues, especially with children. Perhaps a blind at the windows alongside the curtains could be a suggestion. This is a very minor issue though and this would not at all stop us from staying again and recommending this property to others. With this being a new property I thought any feedback would be helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

With ample off-road parking, this delightful home is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a tranquil escape with close-by amenities and attractions.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs throughout your stay.

Adjacent to this a fridge/freezer, perfect for storing all your favourite food and drink.

The heart of the home is the living/dining room, where you can gather with your loved ones to enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining table, before sinking into the plush sofas to watch a film on the TV.

For those quieter moments, lose yourself in a good book or challenge your companions to a board game, with a selection available for your enjoyment.

As the day draws to a close, retire to one of the three inviting bedrooms, each boasting its own en-suite facilities with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC for added convenience.

Choose from two double bedrooms, both offering a tranquil space to rest or the twin room, ideal for children or friends sharing.

Admanston is a village resting on the outskirts of Telford, Shropshire. The town offers a good selection of cafes, pubs, and eateries, as well as convenience stores where you can pick up all of your holiday essentials. Dining options include The Pheasant Inn, and more amenities can be found in Telford, as well as a selection of independent shops, retail stores, and the Exotic Zoo Wildlife Park. Nature lovers can explore local wildlife at the National Trust's Attingham Park, Bowring District Park, Dothill Local Nature Reserve and Ercall Nature Reserve. If you love to discover local history, head over to Wroxeter Roman Village and Wroxeter Roman Vineyard, sampling the delights on offer. Other places to visit include the remarkable National Trust-owned Sunnycroft, where you can learn about familial and servant life during the Victorian era.
