  • "The best holiday home I have stayed in by far."

    Attention to detail is spectacular. From the food hamper full of goodies to plenty of fluffy soft towels. The garden is secure for a little dog which Milly loved playing in. All amenities are close by with lovely eateries.

  • "This lovely little house is in the perfect spot to enjoy Telford, Ironbridge and South Shropshire."

    The host was helpful and responsive. The cosy house is well equipped and beautifully presented house with everything you need for a self catering stay. The sunny back garden is perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of towels, lovely beds and an easy kitchen to work in. We are already planning our next visit and are happy to recommend.

  • "We had a lovely week in the house, Sarah is very supportive and her home and garden are beautifully kept."

    Thank you for the welcome pack. The house will always hold special memories as we were there to be near family and blessed with a great grandson during our stay along with our son regaining his vision following his op. Near to Asda so convenient for shopping and there are some woodland walks

  • "A great house to rent for a short stay, we personally found the beds abit too hard for our liking but we are used to soft mattresses."

    Will bring mattress toppers with us next time. Garden is perfect for enjoying the sun and bringing a four legged friend. Nice touch having a coffee machine. Great having two toilets when travelling with kids and having parking on the drive. Neighbourhood very quiet. Sarah provides excellent directions and instructions. Excellent value for money. Will stay again!

  • "No 51 is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in."

    The garden was secure for our little dog. The sofa and bed were very comfortable. The welcome basket was very full of goodies to help us start our holiday with milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Telford town centre only minutes away with a very nice chippy (Oceans) 4 mins drive away. The communication with Sarah was exceptional explaining everything we needed to make a stay the best. Sarah also went above and beyond at the end of our stay where we had a flat battery on the car just as we were going to leave and came out in the dark freezing cold night to jump start us. We will definitely be staying again.

  • "A lovely modern property."

    Very clean and well presented. Owner had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Our dogs also settled in well. Very well situated for Telford Town Centre by car and Asda supermarket. Lovely walking spaces for dogs nearby. We will definitely be coming again.

  • "Lovely house with clear instructions how to find it."

    We enjoyed 3 nights there, the garden was enclosed which is important to us having 2 dogs to keep them safe. Comfy beds, comfy sofa's and comfy outside seating, everything spotlessly clean. Very nice welcome basket on arrival. Would have liked more oven trays to cook on but had luckily had brought along some disposable tin foil ones so managed. What was missing was some instructions how to use the washing machine, could not even open it so high tech, might just be me though. As I am very small I struggled to reach some things from high cupboards in the kitchen, would suggest one of those small fold up steps for us vertically challenged could be kept in one of the storage cupboards but to most it would be fine. Also had to go on the council website to find out which bins were which for recycling as different to the colours at home so that information would have helped, perhaps a simple folder with some information on how to work things/ nearest shop/pub/restaurant recommendations for future bookings? The owners were lovely to deal with, would not hesitate to return if in the area.

  • "A lovely little property, well-maintained and immaculately turned out, this was an excellent base for a short holiday near family."

    Being quite a new build, storage space was limited, but it was comfortable, well-equipped for our stay, and close to lots of interesting places for days out. It was so nice of Sarah to provide a welcome basket of goodies as well as fridge basics for our arrival. Thanks for a super break.

  • "We wanted to stay somewhere with parking enclosed garden accept dogs it ticked all the boxes it’s hard to find everything ."

    We were pleasantly surprised how lovely it was furnished no expense spared . Lovely dog walks outside your door although on a lovely quiet estate . Pubs were very friendly and walking distance also dog friendly . Telford town centre couple miles lovely and modern and loads of shops close by Thank you Sarah for being so helpful and friendly

  • "Had a lovely week at 51."

    The welcome pack and property were really pleasing. Everything you needed was there, comfortable sofas and beds. The garden was really secure for our dog and lovely to sit out in. Would recommend to anyone wanting to see the surrounding area to book 51.. I certainly will again..
