No.51 Llanteg Park is end of terrace, set privately on the top corner of this small group of houses.

Uniquely placed, in the most peaceful location surrounded by woodland & fields, with amazing views and a glimpse of the sea.

On arrival there is a designated car space with overflow parking further on.

Entering at the rear of No.51 Llanteg Park, step through the sliding patio doors into the living room - a bright, sunny, welcoming space with freeview tv, comfortable sofa & dining table & chairs.

It's completely private with fabulous views.

Continue through to the kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven, hob, Microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster.

Up the stairs to the hallway, the bedroom can be found on the right with a large & small chests of drawers and hanging rail on the lower level.

Take the narrow stairs up to the double bed with bedside tables, lamps & there’s that view again!

Step out onto the roof garden which has a retractable washing line, table & chairs for you to enjoy that first coffee & breakfast while you plan your day.

Perfect.

With a south facing aspect, if it gets too hot in the sun, there’s a second patio table & chairs in the shade of mature oaks.

Back to the hallway, the shower room is to the right with fresh white towels & robes, toiletries, first aid kit & spare loo rolls.

The washing machine meanwhile is tucked away in the adjoining cupboard.

Walk the bridleway down to the beach at Amroth.

Listen to the birds & watch the horses quietly grazing in the adjoining field.

Bliss!

If you like woodland walks, you will be spoilt for choice here, including private woods, unspoilt with the stream twinkling through the bottom of the valley.

There is also private seating in Llanteg Park orchard where you can sit & soak up nature, clean fresh air, peace & quiet.

Lots to offer locally with the National Trust Colby Woodland Garden a mile down the road or carry on south for local beaches - just one mile from Colby to Amroth with it’s idyllic sandy beach.

There is a shop, restaurants, cafes and the Amroth Arms with beer garden by the beach.

At the east end of the village you’ll find the New Inn & in between a pop-up cafe in the castle grounds.

Here in Amroth you’ll find the start of Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

Drive west to Wiseman’s Bridge pub & restaurant which is highly recommended with plenty of parking & couldn’t be closer to the beach.

There are so many towns & villages in the area, all with their own personalities and in-land, approx 8 miles to the north resides Narberth, a great little town if you’re looking for that special gift or window shopping before a coffee break.

Canaston Woods meanwhile is nearby if you fancy a hike.

Pembrokeshire has so much to offer, we hope the sun shines for you & you enjoy your stay.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
