Wyn's Barn is a welcoming single-storey farm stay resting in Rhayader, Powys.

Perfect for couples seeking a tranquil romantic getaway, this abode features a bubbling hot tub, fire pit, open-plan design and allows pets.

Wyn’s Barn invites you to unlock the front door and step into a bright, open‑plan living space, where high vaulted ceilings draw your gaze upward, exposed wooden beams add rustic charm and warm wooden flooring sets a relaxed, romantic tone.

Move into the sitting area and sink into the sofa or armchair with a drink in hand, flick on the mounted TV for an easy evening in and take a moment to enjoy the countryside‑inspired artwork that subtly reflects the rural surroundings.

Wander over to the kitchen, where crisp white fixtures and wooden worktops make unpacking local produce and preparing unhurried meals a pleasure, before sitting down together to dine and plan the days ahead.

After countryside walks and fresh air adventures, return to the bathroom to freshen up, running a bath and easing tired legs, then retreat to the bedroom and sink into the king‑size bed for a relaxed evening.

Step outside into the enclosed garden and onto the flagstone patio, where you can lower yourself into the bubbling hot tub, gather around the fire pit as dusk settles or pull out a chair at the table for relaxed alfresco meals.

Spend a day exploring the Elan Valley, taking in sweeping reservoir views, scenic drives and peaceful walking routes through dramatic Welsh landscapes.

Head to Devil’s Bridge Falls to follow woodland paths, cross historic bridges and feel the power of cascading waterfalls tumbling into the gorge below.

Enjoy a slower afternoon in Builth Wells, browsing independent shops, strolling beside the River Wye and lingering in welcoming cafés.

Return each evening to unwind, reconnect and savour the calm at Wyn’s Barn.
