Rookery Cottage is a charming pet-friendly house overlooking the town of Lynton, in Devon.

Set within Exmoor National Park, this abode boasts a toasty woodburning stove, elevated sea vistas,and is near the beach and harbour, making it a lovely base for two couples, some friends or a small family seeking a coastal escape.

Drive up the lane and park the car in the driveway, before you enter, hear the gravel crunch underneath your feet as you take in the stunning elevated views of the town and sea.

Upon entering, you will be met with a bright and welcoming sitting room with a toasty woodburning stove set within a stone fireplace, neatly framed artwork and plush sofas to sink into and catch up on your favourite shows.

Head to the contemporary kitchen with sleek white countertops and fixtures, or fire up the AGA and create a mouth-watering dish.

Pull out a chair set for four guests and tuck into your dinner whilst gazing out at the sea views.

The living spaces are stylish with homely furnishings, with archways separating each room, creating a socialable space, you can play your holiday playlist whilst dining, cooking or relaxing on the sofa.

Ascend the spiral stairs and freshen up in the bathroom with pretty patterned tiles, take a dip in the bath, or rinse away the outdoors in the shower over.
