We're already planning a return visit. The views are outstanding with some lovely walks from the property. We visited lots of little villages, towns and beaches across West Wales and this was the perfect base. The hot tub and games room were an added bonus. The showers were lovely and really powerful. The property was spotless and beds very comfortable. 10/10 from us

Such a beautiful setting with wondeful countryside/woodland walking on the doorstep. Sam and Dave were excellent hosts, nothing was any trouble. They really made us feel welcome and were so patient with our nervous, barky rescue dogs on their first holiday! Thanks for the really memorable holiday.

Our food parcel was a lovely touch to get us going too. The cottage was super comfortable and cosy and is finished to perfection. We felt straight at home and loved the ‘upside-down’ living. The hot tub was fabulous too, especially as it was so peaceful, we felt like we were the only ones on the planet. The area is also a fabulous base to explore Cardigan and beautiful west wales, we would highly recommend the cottage and area and looking forward to returning soon.

It had everything we wanted for a comfortable base. We were able to cook, relax, be entertained and sleep as if we were at home - there was nothing lacking. We received a very warm welcome and a thoughtful basket on arrival including items for our dog. The setting is beautiful, nestled in the hills and past the old stone church, with blackberries and roses in the hedgerow. We sincerely recommend this property.

Very well equipped kitchen immaculately clean. Can’t fault anything. Spectacular views. Dogs thoroughly enjoyed their freedom in the secure garden. The hot tub was an unexpected addition. Would definitely recommend this holiday. Don’t usually rate places this highly as there is usually some room for improvement, but can’t fault anything here.

  • "We had a really lovely week in this property and location and it had everything we needed."

Our only slight disappointment was that the windows in two of the bedrooms are frosted which isn't obvious from the images on your website. In fact in one of the bedrooms, the window is very small and high up and it felt a bit like a cell. But the owners, Sam and Dave, were really helpful, especially when we mentioned the flaky WiFi access. We would return to this property definitely.

  • "This is a beautiful holiday home."

Its really well equipped throughout, everything is to a high standard, and when we arrived we noticed immediately how clean it was, it sparkled! The setting is ideal; it's in a quiet place in a farm setting, yet really easy to get to the coast and other places of interest. We went to Aberporth, and Mwnt are nearby , and further afield to Tenby. All have lovely beaches .There are some lovely walks from the cottage, with beautiful scenery, including a waterfall. For runners it's great too, as the trails round the farm allow some off road running on good surfaces and no traffic to worry about. The cottage is really dog friendly, as are several pubs nearby, and even in the bigger resorts such as Tenby. Nice change to be able to 'eat in' instead of being stuck outside if the weather isn't great. During the week we spent the weather was brilliantly sunny. We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday home, it's fantastic, and the owners live nearby on site and are really nice and friendly. We'll definitely be going again.

The setting is beautiful and the refurbishment of the barn is to a very high standard. The owners have thought of everything including dog biscuits, a dog bowl and a collar tag with the contact details for the barn. The sofas are super comfy and the bedrooms are beautifully furnished. The cutlery drawers are stocked with everything you could need, as are the crockery and cooking utensil cupboards. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to visit again in the future.
