    Mrs Jones

“A really brilliant cottage, photos didn't do it justice.”

The property

A modern former farm building, renovated into a modern and spacious bungalow, on the owner’s smallholding, on the edge of the village of Templeton, and near to the boutique style shopping town of Narberth.

A perfect base for friends and family who are looking for somewhere cosy to retreat to, being a short drive from fabulous beaches and a variety of family fun days out.

Ground floor accommodation, there are two comfortable bedrooms, with a spacious family bathroom with a roll-top bath, perfect for a luxurious soak.

There is a fitted kitchen adjacent to the light and airy sitting room with dining area with views out onto the garden and across the surrounding farmland.

Outside, you can sit in the spacious garden in one of two seating areas, play with the children and dogs on the lawn or simply relax and watch the sun go down or the donkeys pottering in the adjacent field.

You are virtually equidistant between the fabulous heathland landscape of the impressive Preselli Hills, origin of Stonehenge’s Blue Stones, to the north and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park to the south.

Both of these diverse landscapes provide fantastic walking and cycling trails.

Why not spend a few days relaxing on the sandy beaches of Saundersfoot or mosey around the shops in the medieval walled harbourside town of Tenby.

The area offers numerous outdoor activities such as wildlife spotting and island hopping boat trips, fantastic watersports from the pretty harbourside town of Tenby.

For a great selection of family days out, you are sure to find something for everyone, with an extensive range of theme parks within 15 minutes’ drive, including Oakwood, Folly Farm, Heatherton World of Activities, Manor Park and the all-weather swimming at Blue Lagoon.

Slightly further afield, why not take a trip to the impressive sands of Pendine, home to landspeed records and a great place to go horse-riding.

Alternatively, take a more literary trip to the pretty town of Laugharne, home of Dylan Thomas, with great little cafes and an impressive castle rising from the sand flats.

Woodgreen Cottage is perfect for a great holiday in a lovely part of the country at any time of the year.
