"What a fabulous accommodation!"
Bigger than it looks & full of oldie-world character. Super comfortable beds & a lovely welcome package on arrival. Books and blankets everywhere (although it wasn’t cold at all when we stayed & I’m sure the wood burner & Aga are plenty warm enough in colder months). Fantastic kitchen, with a full-size fridge freezer & all the cookware you need. Oh, and that Aga - our meals were so quick and easy! The hosts are so friendly & accommodating, checking in to see if we were okay or needed anything, stopping to chat when we saw them about, and sending details of the beautiful local walks for us to explore. The only improvement we could think of was maybe adding a full length mirror somewhere. I would highly recommend this place as a cosy base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. 5 stars!

"We loved our stay at Tipyn Bach - well presented cottage, fully equipped and so peaceful."
We will hopefully come back another time to explore the area some more. A stand up shower would have been better for us, but other than that everything about our stay was perfect.

"We had a fab stay in this lovely Barn - lovely location, quiet, lovely walks on the doorstep for our pointer where a walk round the block just doesn’t cut it and a close drive to Cardiff where we needed to be part of the week end - the barn is so well appointed, very cosy, very clean and full of character- excellent heating system and easy to use- very impressed that hand soap, washing up liquid etc were supplied - not often the case!"
Very friendly and helpful owners - for info a washing machine is not listed on the property specs but is there - we wish we could have stayed longer in this tardis! We will return
Thank you for staying with us and we're glad you enjoyed yourselves in the barn! We hope to see you again in the future! Property Owner

We loved the aga! The space outside was great for relaxing in the sunshine and eating meals. Hosts were very helpful and responsive! Convenient location near to Caerphilly and Cardiff, but in a quiet and peaceful setting, with plenty of lovely walks nearby.
