Alot of space for everyone and had everything we needed in the house. We are a family of all ages and every one would love to come back! I spoke to the owners during my stay and they really were so nice and friendly, nothing too much trouble. The house had a lovely outdoor area, decking built on different levels for the view, a space for the little ones to run around on the grass and a sitting area. Very close to the beach and shops. Situated within 30 minute drive from lots of attractions which was perfect for us. We all agreed this is one of the best houses we've stayed in! Reviewed by Lainah5.0★Aug 2023 "Three generations of our family loved this fabulous house, we all said it was the best one we had stayed in." Spotlessly clean, fully equipped and we slept so well in the comfy beds. Lots of space for us to chill and the view from the terrace is lovely. The welcome pack was much appreciated and great communication with the lovely lady who owns Clearview. People previously had commented on the steep driveway, it didn't phase our family minibus at all! A great week, thank you Reviewed by Linda5.0★May 2023 "We had a fab week here at the end of August, it really is a lovely property, ideally situated so close to the beach, very well equipped and plenty of space we were a party of 6 adults and 4 children." We were all very happy with this property Reviewed by Diane4.7★Aug 2022 "What a wonderful place to stay." Despite the weather being a bit iffy we had a great time. The only hiccup is the steep driveway and steps up to the property these wouldn't suit everyone and should be mentioned in the advert for the house. Reviewed by Irene5.0★Aug 2022 "We had a great stay at Clear View." Pendine is a lovely unspoiled little resort, and the house is only a minute from the beach. The house is beautiful, well equipped and maintained. We thought the changeover day arrangements unsatisfactory, as we could not access the property until 6.00 pm, and were asked to vacate by 9.00 am, a 9 hour changeover period. This seemed excessive, and difficult for those travelling a long distance with small children. Reviewed by Patrick5.0★Aug 2022 "Excellent sea view." Lovely house just a one minute walk to the beach. Owners were friendly, helpful, and understanding when a minor problem cropped up. There was also a nice welcoming food and drink basket. The steep driveway to the house is not for car drivers who are faint-hearted. Reviewed by Mary5.0★Jul 2022 "The house was very cosy and ideal for a large family." We had three generations in the house and it worked for all of us. The kitchen has everything you need during your stay. The steer driveway was a challenge in the beginning but we got used to it. The beach is only a 5 min walk so was lovely for a morning walk. Many thanks for your feedback. It was lovely to meet you and thank you for leaving the house so tidy. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope you had a safe journey home. Kind regards. Property Owner Reviewed by Bhavnita5.0★Jul 2022 "Excellent property for an extended family gathering." The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of information about things to do. The owner was very helpful. Reviewed by Sheila5.0★Jul 2022 "The property on the whole was great for our group." A few little niggles with taps and radiators not working but these were dealt with as quickly as possible. The steep driveway was a challenge to all the drviers but we got the hang of it eventually ;-) Lovely, well furnished accommodation with a super spacious lounge which we all agreed was the best one we have ever used in over 10 years of holiday property renting. So nice to be the near the beach and sea, and we were truly blessed with great weather all week :-) Reviewed by Gary4.7★Apr 2022 "Beautiful home." Very comfortable and well equipped. A great house and stay though. Reviewed by Gordon4.7★Oct 2021 "Beautiful house." Lovely location right by the sea for 4 children Reviewed by David5.0★Aug 2021 "Fantastic holiday home." Very spacious and exceptionally well equipped. Lovely sea views from most rooms and from the garden. Within a very short walk to the beach. Not the easiest access up a steep drive and steps. Good communication from both the owner and the cleaner on our arrival day, allowed us earlier than expected access. All in all a very enjoyable family holiday. View on map About the location PENDINE Tenby 15 miles. A delightful seaside village with a seven mile stretch of sandy beach, famous in its history for car racing and speed record attempts. The fateful car ‘Babs’, the driver of which was killed in one of the many speed record attempts, was buried in the sands for many years, but has now been dug up, restored and is often in the local museum for all to admire. Even the famous Amy Johnson used these perfect flat sands to take off on one of her many record flights. Steeped in history, these sands are perfect all year round, whether sunbathing, swimming and kite flying. With local pubs and restaurants serving good food, a café, a grocery shop and gift shops, Pendine is the perfect seaside village. Pendine is also home to the recently built Land of Speeds MUseum, which can be found on Pendine Promenade; the land speed record was actually broken on Pendine's beach, too! Nearby, the attractions range from Dylan Thomas' famous boathouse, where he penned so many of his literary masterpieces, castles, more sandy beaches, hidden coves and the vibrant seaside resort of Tenby, with Caldey Island and the majestic monastery a short boat trip away. A stunning location for exploring this beautiful part of Wales.
