"It was a very comfortable attractive cottage with all mod cons."
As a centre for touring, it was excellent and close to nearby Saundersfoot and about ten minutes by car to Tenby. The only downside was the bathroom and toilet were downstairs.

"Sunrise Cottage was the perfect size for a family of three, in the right location to access most of the tourist spots."
While it is adjacent to a busy road, and the listing informed us of this, the noise wasn't intrusive at all.
The cottage was warm and comfortable, the hosts were brilliant at keeping us informed about an issue pertinent to our stay.
For convenience it would have been nice to have a washing machine, but this is in no way a deal breaker.

"This was a great holiday in a nice place."
Cottage was great. Just lacked a few more walks from the door for me. But that’s just me. I do like holidays were I don’t have to use the car once I get there.

Bedroom excellent but should have 2 way switching.Dining table requires light above rather than rely on spotlights from afar. One pub further away than a mile. These small points did not spoil our enjoyment of our holiday, but thought they should be mentioned.

"Great stay, comfy cottage particularly the upstairs, with a functional kitchen and living area downstairs."
The shower was decent, much better than caravans and chalets we've stayed in. Nice BBQ area outside where you could eat your breakfast in the morning. And if you walk just outside of the gravel area, you can see a beautiful view of the sea and just spot the top most areas of Saundersfoot. Horses out the back too for the kids to see. For me Tenby in particular is in an incredible place and easily the best seaside destination we've visited in Britain (having seen alot of Cornwall and Devon, so that is praise indeed). Beautiful beaches and lots of places to explore and eat in, in town, great atmosphere too (Buddha Buddha recommended for a curry). Caldey Island is also a must see! Saundersfoot is also great has a beautiful long stretch of beach and brilliant tunnel walk/cycling route that's cut into the rock (good fun for the kids). Overall a fantastic stay, superb holiday.

"We thought that the road to Saundersfoot would be 'walkable' but it's a busy narrow road."
Pity there are no footpaths to Saundersfoot. Sandersfoot is very 'touristy' now and cafes, pubs and restaurants were busy and noisy! The slip onto the beach has a beachside cafe and there were bins that had not been emptied so rubbish was blowing onto the beach. We enjoyed lots of walking along the coastal paths - plenty to choose from and it was lovely to come back to the comfortable cottage and soak in a bath at the end of a day's walking. The weather was lovely so plenty of photography opportunities. The cottage was very comfortable but people must be made aware that the toilet/bathroom is downstairs so if you need the loo in the night you face a climb!! The owner was helpful and appreciated the couple of minor issues which we pointed out to him.

"The cottage is lovely and has a lovely garden area for our lads to run around, with amazing views of saundersfoot."
The cottage is cosy, clean and has everything that you will need. It took approximately 10 minutes to drive into saundersfoot. Oakwood, Blue Lagoon and Folly Farm are nearby. Carmarthen is a short drive away, which has a cinema and bowling.
We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Rise Cottage and all left very relaxed. We will be booking again for next year

"Everything about the cottage was perfect except for the garden security for the dog, as cottage was very near to a main road had to be kept on a lead at all times, which in middle of night in poring rain wasn't too good."
Despite this problem we enjoyed our week in Sun Rise Cottage.

"A lovely cottage, nice to sit out and use the barbecue."
Easy to reach local places. You need a car really to get around, cottage by a lane that you can walk down to Saundersfoot, but no footpath. Everything we could need was provided and it was extremely clean. We stayed a fortnight, and bedding/towels were changed and the cottage cleaned on the Saturday in between. Owners were very friendly.
