    "The house is absolutely amazing, the space the house offers is second to none."

    The beautiful views of the fields in front is an absolute tonic to wake up to. The house location is just perfect, beaches, places to visit and shops all at hand made the stay even more brilliant. It has now become our favorite area to stay. Just to make the stay a little more perfect from our experience just a couple of things, some facilities for young children/ babies eg high chair/ travel cot , a BBQ as there wasn't one at the property for us to use and some of the beds were very hard, and not comfortable perhaps some new mattress toppers for that little bit more comfort. Other then that this house is an absolute dream and definitely our favorite we have ever stayed in for space and location and we have traveled and stayed in a lot of UK holiday homes.

    "Beautiful large house with plenty of space for the 10 people we had in our group."

    Owner in contact before and after our stay and is a very helpful pleasant lady. Bedroom with en suite is very large and comfortable personal preference would be more pillows and a larger quilt( but this was just me) other rooms also large and comfortable.Kitchen/diner is large with a utility off it with an American fridge(beer fridge for our party). Downstairs shower and toilet was very useful especially with using the hot tub. The hot tub was an added bonus and was used frequently by our party. Conservatory was like a sauna and lovely to sit in. House ideally situated for access to all local beaches and shops. All in all a very pleasant stay to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our family and would love to return one day

    "Beautiful house though further from beach than expected."

    The bedrooms were all beautiful and comfy beds. Property would benefit another TV. A slow cooker or deep fat fryer in the kitchen would also be useful. Property is difficult to find as sign for church is covered with over grown bushes. Had a fabulous time and enjoyed the conservatory in the evenings.

    Very clean and spacious. Convenient to several beaches. Mwnt being our favourite 15 minutes away . The hot tub was a bonus at the end of a day on the beach . Lots of space and comfortable seating for everyone. Would recommend to anyone.

    "We had a lovely holiday in a beautiful house, in a lovely part of the country."

    It would benefit from a washing line and pegs, and a tumble dryer. With 5 children and 4 adults its a must. But the house is very warm and we managed to dry washing in the conservatory. Apart from that it was perfect. Would highly recommend it.

    "A lovely property that was clean and beautifully furnished."

    The hot tub was welcomed and enjoyed. The conservatory was plenty big enough to relax in and warm. We enjoyed our stay. The property is situated down a quiet lane but quite central so was just right for where we visited. Lots of pretty beaches to visit and if you get chance do go the Honey Farm as truly interesting. Good communication from owner when issues arose or if you are unsure of anything. The airers are handy for wet towels and swimming costumes but a small washing line in the garden would be handy or separate electric heated towel rails that can be set on a timer as heating was off. My only real criticism if it is one is the exit time. 9.30am. I know the cleaners come in to clean it thoroughly and need time but another 30 mins would have been beneficial as there were 10 of us to get out.

    House was perfect for our party of 9, ages 4 to 71! It was immaculately clean, had plenty of space for all of us and just about every convenience that you would need for a week away from home (the hot tub was a great success). The only comments to be made are that the rear garden is nowhere near as big as the photos portray, and even for a party of 9, nowhere near enough drying space for washing - in the absence of a tumble dryer, a washing line is needed at the very least! Clearer instructions also required for the rubbish - nothing collected while we were there and not quite sure where to put ours when we left, but this didn’t detract from our very enjoyable stay.

    We were a large family (7 adults and 4 children) and there was plenty of room for us all. The property is close to lots of beautiful beaches and country walks which the children loved. The hot tub was a massive bonus! We enjoyed early evening dips after being out all day. We can’t wait to return.

    Great facilities and lots to do around with the beaches in easy reach and lots of wildlife for the children to spot. The only comments we would make are the top floor would benefit from a toilet, especially with young children staying up there. Also the listings and house literature mentioned a bbq which we couldn’t find.

    "Beautiful house, very spacious."

    First time we've rented when the rooms are as big as they look on the website. Spent most of our time in the conservatory and hot tub - wonderful. Within short driving distance to several lovely beaches and only about 3 miles away from supermarkets. The person managing the house was very friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation in booking again.

    "Excellent place to stay for all our families from 5year old to 83 year old with plenty to do."

    Great facilities and lovely hot tub. Plenty of nearby beaches to visit fantastic beaches even in the wind and rain. All the family said photos didn’t do it justice. Just one small point some of the dishes had cracks or chips in them so we would recommend a check by cleaners before next arrivals. Otherwise a lovely weekend was enjoyed by thank you All

    "The house is far better than the photos portray."

    The kitchen is well equipped for large groups and the beds comfortable. We loved sitting in the sunroom when the kids had gone to bed. Due to Covid, the check out time was 9am, which was fine for us with early rising children, but would be annoying if you didn’t. The rubbish/recycling arrangement was a little unclear (the bins mentioned in the welcome folder weren’t there) but the owner was lovely and approachable to ask. Fab week

    "The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless!"

    ! Actually better in person compared to the photos. The only downfall was the hot tub was not working, the owner did arrange for someone to come and look at it but unfortunately it seemed that the group before us had damaged it. We probably would have booked another house if we had known the hot tub was broken. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Aberporth is a small town that sits on the southern edge of Cardigan Bay in Ceredigion, renowned for it's fabulous beaches that attract visitors, all year round. There are two beaches that sit between the rocky headlands of Trecregyn and Fathgarreg, separated by a smaller rocky outcrop. Uniquely, at low tide they interlink, but at high tide, they create individual beaches and create great rock pools for the children to play in and explore. Small boats, canoes, and kayaks can easily be launched from the north beach, while the south beach lends itself beautifully for a spot of sunbathing. Close to the beaches, there is a small seaside café, fish and chip shop, and a friendly pub serving good food and drinks. In the village itself, there is a range of shops and takeaway stores. Nestled directly on the famous Wales Coast Path, between the towns of Cardigan in the south, and Llangrannog and New Quay to the north, it is a great base for exploring this glorious stretch of coastline. Venture to Cardigan and discover the town’s many shops, tea rooms, restaurants, pubs, and bustling markets. Visit the nearby themed farm park, spot dolphins from the coastal path, or take a boat trip for the chance to see them up close!
