  • "What a lovely quiet comfortable stay we had at Dairy Cottage."

    Very well kitted out. Kitchen wise, there was nothing we wanted to use that wasn’t there. The main bedroom was very comfy and we had a good nights sleep every night. Being able to use the owners EV charger was great, and we only paid the same amount as shown on the owners app, so no extortionate fees for charging at public stations. The owners were really friendly, and always available if needed. All in all, a wonder holiday cottage, with everything you need, and in a very quiet peaceful setting. Would definitely stat there again.

  • "We had a very enjoyable stay at Dairy Cottage."

    The accommodation was outstanding and the owners were most pleasant and always available to answer any questions if needed. We were able to access their field to walk the dog or to just sit and watch the sunset. Close to shops, pubs and beaches within 5 miles bigger shops were abit further out. It was a very quiet area no noise except the cows which is exceptable seeing we were in the country. Would highly recommend.

  • "As soon as we saw the cottage we loved it."

    The cottage is so lovely and well set out. It was an added bonus to have milk, eggs, welsh cakes and flowers to welcome us. It was so quiet and and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer, we mainly had contact with Alan the owner and nothing was too much trouble for him, we were made to feel so welcome. My husband before he had a massive stroke was building kit cars and playing with engines, whilst at the cottage Alan the owner has a collection of cars and let my husband see them all and this truly made his holiday and he let him have photos taken with the cars which put such a grin on his facee, as I told Alan my husband had asphasia which made it hard for him to communicate but Alan was so patient with my husband. I cannot praise the cottage enough and Alan and his wife made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend the cottage and the owners to anyone.

  • "We had a lovely week at Dairy Cottage."

    It is a very peaceful location but a great location for visiting the coast with some glorious beaches to see. Also near to Tenby, busy but nice town with a lovely beach. A big thank you to our hosts who made us very welcome. The cottage was warm and cosy and the bed was comfortable. The hot tub was a bonus after a day out sightseeing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dairy Cottage for a break in Wales.

  • "Ideal spot for beach or walking holidays."

    Nice to get back and have a soak in the hot tub. Good clean and comfy cottage with friendly owners on site. However, information folder needs updating and to include appliance info. The bathroom door needs easing as it doesn't shut and also the thermostat on the shower needs adjusting as the water can be very hot.

    ..but if the hot tub would of had a covering we cud av used it all wk end ...as Sunday was only day we got in ...not ur fault ..it was weather ..but it being covered would have made alot of difference to us

  • "A beautiful, cosy, homely cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay."

    Spotlessly clean and welcoming. Hot tub was a godsend after a day out. Excellent location for exploring Pembrokeshire. Nothing was a bother for the hosts. Very friendly and knowledgeable about places of interest. Couldn't fault anything and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.

WHITLAND

Narberth 6.6 miles; Carmarthen 15 miles.

Whitland is a small market town lying on the River Tâf, 15 miles from Carmarthen. The small centre has an array of little shops, pubs, a train station, eating places and the Hywel Dda Gardens and Interpretive Centre, with 6 delightful gardens to explore. Nearby, a visit to the beautiful town of Narberth, with its colourful Georgian houses, plentiful shops, bars, bistros and restaurants will not disappoint. A trip to Carmarthen offers more shops, restaurants, tea rooms, a cinema and the pretty steam railway ride or a visit to the mysterious Merlin's Centre. The walkers in your party will be spoilt for choice with the Preseli Hills nearby and the renowned Pembrokeshire Coast Path easily reached nearby. The sandy beaches of Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire beckon for lazy days in summer and brisk walks in winter while the Heatherton Park, the wonderful Welsh Zoo as seen on TV, Folly Farm and many more are perfect for family fun days out.
