  • "Great property for a family get together."

Excellent location with nice private garden.

  • "A fantastic holiday in every way including our great British weather!"

A lovely well equipped bungalow with a very pleasant enclosed garden which we and our two springer spaniels enjoyed to the full. Only regret is that we didn't book for two weeks instead of one. We certainly hope to be back in the future.

  • "Had a lovely stay over the christmas period."

The bungalow was very spacious and more than enough room for a party of 8 people. Nice welcome gift of mince pies on arrival. Communications with Ed was great and on hand for any queries. Great location for trips to Saundersfoot and Tenby.

Amazing property. We will be returning next year.

  • "This is a great Bungalow in a great location."

The house was well kitted out, warm and comfortable. We could have done with another bathroom, as there are 9 of us. And a King size bed would have added to the comfort. But otherwise we were all really happy and had a great week. Would recommend

  • "The bungalow is spacious and met our needs to accommodate several family members."

Large parking area, we just wish the listing had mentioned the steep entrance and surface to get to the property and how to approach it (by always driving up it from one direction from the main road. The main road itself has no pavements and is winding so we did not feel safe enough to walk into Saundersfoot. Otherwise the property was as expected.

  • "There were 8 guests in total and the property was spacious enough for us all."

Property was clean and tidy and very homely. Short drive into Saundersfoot town and close by to all other tourist spots. Only issue was the access, very difficult if you don’t have a 4x4. The listing is also not accurate as this property wasn’t detached and didn’t have an en suite bathroom.

  • "The track up needs attention as people skid turning in and the hole is getting deeper."

The house is very well equipped , ideal for children and dogs straight from the beach. We would use the house again.

  • "Cottage was amazing and really well equipped."

Would have given it 5 out of 5 stars apart from problems with the following: The shower in the main bathroom was out of use and also could not use the jacuzzi bath as needed a deep clean. The road leading to the property needs to be sorted. Its really difficult to get to due to state of entrance. Everything else was perfect.

  • "The holiday cottage was fantastic with all the facilities we needed and more."

The owners were friendly and helpful. Sykes however were very disappointing during the pandemic with no phone lines to ring and unanswered emails and it took months to try and change the date of our holiday. We were not even allowed to travel to Wales and I still couldn’t get anyone to understand this. This resulted in me having to pay an extra £400 or more for our holiday even though the price I had seen for that week online from the website was less than this. Clearly I was just having to pay for a lost deposit, when if Sykes had done their job properly this would not have been needed. I will never use Sykes to book a holiday again as I feel they lied and were extremely unhelpful.

  • "We were surprised to find the accommodation was not detached as advertised."

There was building work taking place next door, however the neighbours were very considerate and tried to keep the noise to a minimum. The bungalow had plenty of space for our family get together and the addition lounge was great as a children’s playroom

  • "Really lovely comfortable bungalow."

Only 3 of us & 2 dogs so plenty of room to spread about. Completely enclosed gardens which is a must for us, so made it even more of a relaxing week away. So much so we have already booked for 2021

  • "A lovely bungalow badly in need of some tlc."

Small shower room smells mouldy and damp, although shower was good. Drawers and wardrobes also smelled mouldy. Cleaning was unimpressive - crumbs on chopping board, sticky surfaces. We took anti-bacterial wipes and had to use them on the kitchen surfaces. Television screen was filthy. Garden was very nice but a bit unkempt. Loved the Sam Toft prints, I have several at home. Access to the property could be a problem if you don't have a 4 by 4 vehicle (luckily, we do). Concealed entrance isn't signposted. The adjoining property was having some building work which woke us up on a couple of occasions. Aside from the above, we enjoyed our holiday but probably would not return to this property.

  • "Amazing place to stay."

Very clean and tidy on arrival and the house is very open plan which is good when there’s a large group attending. The garden is very nice and catches the sun all day. It was also perfect for our dogs to run free as the property is totally enclosed. We liked it so much we’ve already booked again for later in the year.
