  • "We had an amazing stay at this house!"

The house itself is lovely, plenty of space for a large group, and with all the facilities you could want including a children's play room, hot tub, and swimming pool. Very clean, great size rooms, lovely kitchen and bathrooms, lovely views of the sea, only good things to say about it! Jo emailed before our stay to ask if we had any special occasion we had booked the stay for, we were getting the family together for a 60th Birthday. When we arrived there was a lovely hamper including lots of treats and a Birthday card, which was a lovely touch. Also it's such a short walk to the pier/beachfront which has plenty to do for all ages. Overall the stay and house was even better than we hoped, and we look forward to staying again in the future!

  • "The house was booked to celebrate my 70th birthday and we were a party of 12 ranging in age from 4 months up."

The house was perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The children loved the playroom next to their bedrooms and we all enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. The house is a short walk from the beach, the town and a very interesting old fort. Jo and Liam left a lovely birthday card and a fabulous welcome hamper which was very generous of them. All in all I can strongly recommend this house.

  • "Lovely house in fantastic central Felixstowe location just moments from the Pier."

Very well equipped kitchen made catering for our mix of families very easy. Bedrooms were all very well appointed with super comfortable mattresses and duvets and a selection of spotlessly clean towels etc. Very friendly and helpful hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and who provided the most generous (and delicious) welcome basket we had ever encountered. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

  • "Our stay here was beyond amazing."

We have already booked it again for a future date. From the second we booked to the time we left, Jo and Liam were great hosts. They made sure we had anything we needed and were just a quick text away for any questions we had about the area. The home is in great shape, extremely clean and the amenities were top notch. We cannot wait to return!

  • "We had the most wonderful short stay at 16 Garfield Road."

The house is beautifully furnished providing everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pictures don’t do it justice, there is so much more to it than what is shown including a lovely playroom on the top floor. The pool was lovely and warm, the children loved it. Towels were even provided for this. I think we were the first to use the hot tub too which was so relaxing. Rooms are spacious and airy, bedrooms are beautiful with comfy beds and the kitchen is rather luxurious. It has a lovely little garden with flower beds and lawn and trees for shade. Property is situated down a quiet road with off road parking for two vehicles and plenty of parking too on the roadside. The beach is in walking distance as is the town. Jo and Liam were fabulous hosts. Jo was so friendly and kept me up to date with text messages. A very kind welcome pack awaited us including some goodies for a 16th birthday celebration….amazing hosts. Honestly it was just the best, As soon as you open that front door and walk in you’ll be smiling ! I really hope I get to do it again soon…..and for longer next time. Thank you, thank you, thank you x

Dear Jane - so delighted to hear you and your family had a lovely break. Hope to welcome you back sometime soon. We're always keen to hear if our guests are celebrating a special occasion, glad we could provide a few little extra touches for the children :) Jo and Liam Property Owner
