  • "A lovely, cosy apartment."

Compact, but the very best use of made of the space. Very clean, well equipped and a perfect base. Location is just perfect, especially to the beach when you have dogs! Host Robert readily available onsite, ensuring I had everything I needed and with lots of local info for walks, eateries etc. Couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful.

  • "A brilliantly located cosy cottage that perfectly suited our needs for a relaxing but outdoors break by the sea."

Only 2 mins from Anglesey Coast Path and 3 mins from a sandy beach. The accommodation was well stocked with everything we needed and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We did several circular coastal walks and ate and drank at local venues. Amazing fish and chips from award winning chippy.

  • "Super sparking clean on arrival with a kind & friendly Rob."

Very well thought out & homely. Loved the dressing table, easy to get ready as some places don't have decent mirror, chair, or access to sockets etc...Snuggly big bed, plenty of storage in all rooms. Very cute theme throughout with seaside vibes & decor. The outdoor area was fabulous for chilling out & secure for dogs. Info of local places was extremely useful & the welcome book was easy to read with a bit of humour chucked in. Parking was perfect & Benllech beach literally up the road. A handy paw wash for dogs was brilliant for rinsing off sand too. A perfect place for walking or near enough to other gems to jump in the car. The owners were very welcoming, knowledgeable & polite. I didn't realise on booking how close The Hideaway was to their lovely house but to be honest I liked that they weren't at all intruding or OTT, always friendly & could do your own thing if wished & know they were happy to help if needed. Thank you so much, a pleasure to stay & took home some amazing memories.

  • "The Hideway was perfect for our stay on Anglesey."

Robert was a wonderful host and gave us plenty of tips to allow us to make the most of our holiday. The location was great to leave the car behind and walk to the beach; as well as the coastal paths with such stunning views. The hideaway certainly offers peace, quiet and a place to relax, our dog Flint was made very welcome and will definitely miss his daily swim!

  • "The Hideaway is a well thought out stay for a weeks break."

Surprisingly roomy, with storage for bags, clothes etc. Comfy bed and chairs for sitting inside and out decent shower, plus lots of extras for beach. Decent places to eat in Benllech itself plus a walk down the beach and back, when tide is right to Tavern on the Bay and The Boathouse.

  • "The hideaway is a fantastic, peaceful, clean and comfortable place."

Rob is a fantastic host, nothing is too much for him. The cottage has absolutely everything you need and more to make your stay enjoyable. The beach is 2 mins stroll and with two cocker spaniels was fab. On return, Rob had a dog buddy shower so they were washed off every time(as well as feet and shoes) We highly recommend The hideaway to any couple wanting to be near everything, but private and quiet. Thankyou once again for everything Rob and Bailey. Sylvia &,Tom Benson . Amber and Willow

  • "We had a fantastic week at the Hideaway in Benllech."

The property had everything we needed. It's only a short walk from the beach (perfect for a morning swim) and ideally suited for exploring the island and walking on the coast path. The outdoor seating area is perfect - nicely sheltered and covered over so that you can sit out even if the weather isn't perfect. The apartment is clean and comfortable and within walking distance of all of the facilites in the village. It will be our first choice for our next visit to Anglesey.

  • "We had a fantastic week at the Hideaway!"

Benllech beach being a minute or so down the road was fantastic, and the property was brilliantly positioned to explore Beaumaris, Menai Bridge and the far side of Anglesey too. The Hideaway was stocked with everything needed for a week away, and Rob was very welcoming and full of useful recommendations about places to visit and to eat. There were loads of things that we ran out of time to do, so will be coming back to Anglesey!! • "We had a nice first holiday in Anglesey."

The Hideaway was ideal for its location close to Benllech for its restaurants/ takeaways and small supermarket and the lovely open sandy beach beach. The apartment is fairly small (but not too small) for us and our dog and was equiped with all you need for a self catering holiday. Being semi-basement it is not particularly bright and the outside area is pleasant to sit in (when it eventually stops raining) but you only have the view of the front of the house to look at! We also had a bit of a problem with flies, not sure why as the apartment was clean etc!
