Not a single negative comment to make. We absolutely loved it and did not want to leave. Beautiful house, immaculate and so comfortable. Gorgeous, private garden and hot tub. Beach literally outside the front door. Lovely atmosphere in the village. Great base for exploring Anglesey. Owners are fantastic, never felt so welcome. Thankyou so much, will definitely be back!

  • "Ger Y Mor is a fantastic property in the quaint village of Cemaes Bay."

The kitchen is large and well equipped , the appliances are all to a high spec. The lounge is very comfortable with views out to sea. There are 3 large bedrooms and one with a fabulous walk-in wardrobe and en suite. The Conservatory was our favourite room with easy access to the garden which our small dog loved as it was fully enclosed and big enough for her to chase the ball. The hot tub was wonderful and would easy fit 6 people. It’s the best property we have ever stayed in and have already booked again. Cemaes Bay is wonderful if you like quiet areas, the beach is a minutes walk from the house and we took an evening walk most days. Just wonderful!!!

  • "Beautiful well equipped property in a great location, a true home from home."

3 elegant large bedrooms with 2 shower rooms and a bathroom, amazing. Just across the road from the gorgeous bay of Cemaes what fantastic views from the property across the bay. The garden too was fantastic for the dogs. A few minor maintenance jobs which did not deter from our wonderful stay at Ger Y Mor so just left a note for the owners and they said they would deal with the issues. Definitely would stay there again.

Thank you for your lovely feedback and we will look forward to seeing you again when you next stay with us. Property Owner

  • "WOW where to start with this amazing property in the most quaint village."

The house has literally everything you could possibly need and was immaculately clean. We arrived early and asked if we could park on the property drive to go off to explore and DJ the owner was happy for us to do so . In fact nothing was too much trouble for him, he gave us his number and answered questions throughout the week telling us about walks for the dogs and places to visit. Anglesey is just stunning, beautiful beach’s, wooded areas , and much more , our dogs loved it

The property is owned and presented by the same owners as Smithy Cottage (ref: 935382), 1 Old Smithy (ref: 936123) Gwelfor (ref: 985627) and The Base (ref: 1052171) and as you would expect, the property is fitted out to a very high standard where comfort and luxury is the only 'standard'.

The property welcomes up to four well-behaved dogs who will love the private, secure rear garden and additional dogs may be permitted by prior agreement (please call to discuss).

If you have extremely small dogs such as Yorkshire Terriers, please contact us in advance and before booking so that we can discuss this.

We can cater for very small dogs with some advance warning.

Set over two floors, this lovely property enjoys a ground floor bedroom and ground floor WC/shower room. The property is stylish and enjoys many homely features and is sure to welcome you after a day of exploring, it also benefits from practical spaces such as a dedicated utility/drying room (with both washing machine and tumble dryer) and a dedicated boot/hanging room; these rooms are off the spacious kitchen or can be accessed directly from the rear garden.

Why not meet in this superbly social home - your kitchen/diner boasts a breakfast bar with seating and further seating is available at the dining table and the kitchen enjoys a host of appliances including a lovely Range cooker and American-style fridge freezer - there are lots of other small appliances for those who are inspired by home-cooking such as a kitchen aid food processor, kitchen aid food mixer and a coffee machine for coffee-lovers (this is a bean to cup coffee machine so please bring beans - the machine will grind them for you).

Unwind into the evening within the sitting room, home to a plush sofa and two armchairs (one of which swivels) - the room has views towards the sea (c.150 meters) where you can watch people enjoying life afloat or just ambling along - This room also has an alluring wood-burner which is perfect for winter months and the house also enjoys conventional central heating.

A starter pack of logs can be provided on request.

Wander into the conservatory (also called the Sun Room), and you can enjoy this stunning spot; ideal for a good read or just in the host of birds that enjoy the fruit trees that occupy the rear garden.

Open the French doors and you will have access the very private and enclosed garden (secure for well-behaved dogs), which has beautiful countryside views - the garden offers a set of garden furniture for alfresco dining with the added luxury of a private hot tub for a soak under the stars.

The property benefits from multiple DVD players for those who want to catch up on their personal film collection.

All bedrooms have king-size beds and each room has TV/DVD.

All the bedrooms are front-facing which means that you wake up and enjoy the beautiful views towards the sea.

There are also three separate bath or shower rooms throughout the cottage.

Please note that the bath is located in the family bathroom on the first floor.  On the ground floor there is a bedroom which has the use of the ground floor WC/shower room, ideal for those with limited mobility and there is a TV in this room.

Head upstairs and you will find the master bedroom, finished with a stylish combination of marine/blue/green fabrics and benefitting from an en-suite shower room and a small dressing room.

Across the hall is a third bedroom fitted out with calming pastel colours, a spacious room offering plenty of storage space and a TV.

Whether you are starting the day or coming home after a long walk, why not soak in the large inset-bath within the family bathroom (upstairs) - this is a relatively large space which also enjoys a walk-in shower and countryside views across the rear of the property.

There's plenty to fill your holiday itinerary whilst staying at Ger Y Mor.
