  • "Overall the flat was very nicely presented."

One problem for me was that the bathroom, being in the roof, has a very low ceiling, which for me was very uncomfortable (I'm 6'4"). Also the broadband was somewhat unreliable -- one evening we had to abandon watching the BBC iPlayer, as it was stuck in permanent buffering.

  • "Lovely flat in an excellent location!"

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend stay at The Attic. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The location was right beside everything we needed and included a parking space just outside. The flat was very clean, nicely finished with no issues whatsoever. Perfect for 2. Haworth has some excellent pubs and restaurants (some literally a couple of doors down), with plenty to offer in and around the village, but still within easy reach of places such as Malham Cove aswell.

They left tea and milk and some rather delicious biscuits which were a lovely treat! We'd definitely stay here again, it was perfect!

  • "Excellent location with parking ."

Nice and clean with everything you require. The shower could be temperamental. Stairs to the loft quite tight and steep if you struggle walking but no more than the steep Haworth walk ! Haworth a lovely surprise. Quirky and different with friendly people. Enjoyed the accommodation and Haworth.

It had everything I needed in a really nice, open and contemporary space. The location of the Attic was fantastic too for day trips and was a lovely place to come back to after a day out. I would definitely recommend!

Kitchen and washrooms both good size and kitchen high quality fixtures and fittings. Location good for walking out from as well as driving in to other places. The shops and restaurants on Main Street are excellent and well worth eating at. Tap and Tonic was our favourite down the road a bit. Will visit again!

  • "This was our first staycation and we enjoyed every minute of it."

The Attic had everything we needed for a lovely stay. It was easy to check in and out. All the facilities we needed were provided . The Attic was spotlessly clean . It is situated in an ideal location to explore and have access to pubs, restaurants and cafes. The owners were extremely accessible if we needed them throughout the week. I would recommend the Attic to friends and should I be lucky enough to be that way again I would rebook

  • "We absolutely loved staying at The Attic."

It was perfectly located for a week of cycling and hiking (with some trips to the pub in the evening). We had everything we needed and the apartment itself was beautifully done. Our hosts were very friendly and we’re sure they would have been helpful if we had any problems but we didn’t have any. 10/10 would recommend!

  • "The accommodation was very nice and very central within Haworth and the owners were very friendly; we had a lovely stay."

The property would probably benefit if there were a microwave and a hairdryer available, just minor points, but they would come in useful.

  • "We had an amazing time in Haworth!"

The Attic was a very clean and comfortable property, but unfortunately the heating system was totally inadequate for a Winter letting. One small electric radiator to heat quite a large room, luckily a fan heater was available which made it more bearable!

About the location

Skipton 13 miles; Hebden Bridge 8 miles.

The small village of Haworth was home to the famous Bronte sisters, who were inspired by the surrounding moorland to pen their novels, which have become classics of English Literature. Haworth is a village that time almost forgot, with its myriad of curiosity and antique shops, alleyways and cobbled streets creating a wonderful period atmosphere, all set against a framing backdrop of countryside famously described in the novel Wuthering Heights as wild, rugged and barren. Nearby, the famous Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, an authentic steam railway brought to prominence in the film The Railway Children, provides a lovely day out with a regular service to the old village of Oxenhope. The area abounds with popular places to visit, including the Bronte Parsonage Museum, East Riddlesden Hall, and the National Railway Museum in York. The market town of Skipton, often fondly regarded as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, is just a short drive away, and also within reach are elegant Harrogate and vibrant Leeds and Manchester.
