  • "Kirk Yett Cottage is an exceptional cottage, it really has the WOW factor, the furnishings and decor are beautiful with so much attention to detail been given."

The bed was super comfy, the kitchen has every utensil anyone could need and more. At the bottom of the garden is a summer house and lots of seating areas to enjoy the tranquil river setting. The location is fantastic, with so many walks from the front door, you can just park your car and then make the most of the cottage and location without the need to drive anywhere else, as we did. Communication with the owners is really good and may I say 'Thank you' for the lovely welcome items on arrival, especially the sloe gin. We will definitely be returning to Kirk Yett Cottage.

Thank you so much for this amazing review. We’re glad you enjoyed the stay and the Sloe gin :) We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Property Owner

Cottage is absolutely gorgeous, with wonderful views from every window. Kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Beds very comfortable with lovely pillows and bedding. Gorgeous garden leading down to the river. Plenty of seating areas especially the summerhouse to sit in after several long walks through the fields and by the river. Garden very dog secure.

  • "We had a fantastic time at the Kirk Yett Cottage where my husband, one year old and I stayed."

The cottage was even more beautiful than the pictures in real life. Great amenities and space in the house and everything was fresh and clean which made it feel like home away from home. Having the river run at the bottom of the garden was amazing, after a busy day we sat and ate outside and it was just so beautiful! We also loved the surrounding area - there are great pubs in the town and so many lovely walks to go on, perfect for a family break away from the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend and we shall certainly return!

  • "What a beautiful cottage in an incredible location!"

We walked from the door every day, there’s beautiful places in every direction. Great pubs with delicious food on at least 3 of the walks too! The house feels luxurious with comfy beds, sofas and is a well converted old property. Well equipped kitchen including a waffle maker! And then lovely extra touches like blankets to use outside in the summer house (which overlooks the river, dreamy!) and maps of the area to plan your routes. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely come back.
