  • "Had a lovely 4 night stay at woodcroft, the house is extremely spacious, comfortable and in a fantastic location."

The kitchen is one of the best equipped that I have seen, with all the utensils and pans you could want, the air fryer and coffee machine were wonderful additions. The bedrooms are luxurious and comfortable- we all slept great. The main living area was fantastic and you could tell that a lot of thought and love went into its design with the icing on the cake being the fabulous picture window looking out to the sea, I could have sat there for hours watching the changing views. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side, but the outside seating areas were lovely with high end furniture (we will have to return in better weather to use them). The house is situated up a narrow lane, we came with two fairly large cars and there was ample parking, which is always a relief. A short walk dawn the hill leads to the beach (with a quaint beach bar, for a glass of something watching the world go by), there’s a gallery with a cafe and you can access the coastal path. Unfortunately the pub at the end of the road was closed for renovations but a little further out was the Ship Inn, which was friendly, had lovely food and not too far to walk either. Cannot recommend enough for a lovely break away.

That’s an amazing review, I’m really glad you enjoyed it. Thank you so much. Chris Property Owner

The property

Completed in May this year to an exceptional standard, this is not just a holiday rental - it is the owners home, offered only for a few select weeks each year.

The main living area is the heart of the house, with a stunning fully glazed gable wall that frames panoramic views of Llanbedrog beach, Cardigan Bay, and the distant mountains of Mid Wales.

Original artwork collected over many years lines the walls, creating a warm, characterful space with ample, comfortable seating.

A state-of-the-art 85" smart TV and Sonos sound system throughout the house bring entertainment and atmosphere. Behind the lounge area is a stylish dining table for six and a sleek kitchen island with bar stools for two.

The kitchen is equipped with high-spec, modern appliances throughout - everything you’d expect from a home of this quality.

A separate utility room houses a large fridge freezer and additional storage whilst ultra-fast fibre broadband is available throughout the house for reliable connectivity.

Vast sliding glass doors lead out to a beautiful, elevated deck with soft seating and arguably, one of the finest views on the Llŷn Peninsula. The accommodation flows seamlessly into three beautifully presented bedrooms.

The king-size room offers a quiet corner with an armchair and a modern en-suite with walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

The other king-size bedroom is a highlight, with patio doors that lead straight onto the terrace, allowing you to wake each morning to sea air and wide-open views - completing the set is an inviting twin room, ideal for family or friends.

An elegant main bathroom serves the property, featuring a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double basin, heated towel rail, and WC, providing a fabulous space to refresh.

Outside, The front of the property offers private off-street parking for two cars.

Access to the house is via a winding garden path (please note: it’s quite steep). There are two outdoor living spaces: the front deck captures the morning sun until early afternoon, while the main terrace is bathed in sunlight all day.

Both bedrooms open directly onto this terrace through sliding glass doors, offering breathtaking views from the moment you wake.

Your home away from home, Woodcroft, will welcome you back with its inviting warmth and refined atmosphere.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £300.

There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
