The adjoining living/dining room brings everyone together, whether for a hearty meal, a film night on the TV, or a few board games after a day by the sea. Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms await, a super-king-size, and two twins that can be made into a super-king-size and a king-size on request.

They're each tastefully furnished to offer a restful night’s sleep after coastal adventures.

The family bathroom features a bath with a handheld shower, a free shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, giving everyone space to refresh and recharge. Step outside and discover the garden, spread across several levels with a patio, lawn and decking area.

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the sea air, or simply bask in the Cornish sunshine. The town itself is brimming with character, offering boutique shops, pubs and seafood restaurants serving the day’s catch.

For a change of pace, Holywell Bay and Perranporth are just a short drive away, ideal for long walks along the dunes or a dip in the Atlantic.

The cathedral city of Truro offers a dose of history and independent shopping, while Padstow tempts with its charming harbour and top-class eateries. Whether you’re chasing waves or lazy beach days, Sea Boots offers a wonderful base for your next Cornish getaway.
