  • "We had a lovely stay in Lamb Cottage."

It was comfy, well equipped and in a great location, it a beautiful village not far from lots of woodland and park walks but also near cities. Perfect for days out with children and with the dog. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely welcome package on arrival, which we were very grateful for, and they showed us their horses and cows, which our daughter absolutely loved. We had a good meal in the village pub too. We would definitely recommend this cottage for a great holiday.

Pleased you had a nice stay And enjoyed it Hope to see you again in the future Thankyou Anna and david Property Owner

  • "We were very lucky to find this new property on the Sykes website."

It is in the delightful rural gem of Cowpen Bewley. It is convenient for all of Teeside and the local coast. The lovely cottage was spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully presented. The beds were very comfy and the cushions were plentiful. Our hostess, Anna, was very welcoming and helpful and because of her we got to see all we wanted to see. She also left us a very thoughtful and generous welcome box. The cottage is on a working farm but away from the tractors and dirt. There was a beautiful pony, some cattle and sheep to enjoy nearby. It was an added bonus to us that there was a distant view, across the fields and saltmarsh , to the famous Middlesborough Transporter Bridge. Car parking was easy, spacious and flat. There was just one step down into the property and no further steps inside. We enjoyed our peaceful time there very much and would highly recommend you book this very special cottage.

Thankyou both for your kind review , pleased you enjoyed your stay with us at lamb cottage Hope to see you again in the future Thankyou Anna & David Property Owner
