Dotted in and around the village, our Fraddon holiday cottages are in the centre of Cornwall almost equidistant from Newquay and St. Austell - so great for exploring from top to bottom.

Nearby attractions include the Screech Owl Sanctuary, where those wonderful, big-eyed creatures, together with meerkats, Shetland ponies and emus await. Or feed lambs and milk cows at Dairyland Farm World. Hop aboard the Lappa Valley Railway, offering trips on miniature steam-hauled trains - try their 'steam & cream' combining travel with afternoon tea.

Lovers of National Trust will rave over Trerice, a true Cornish gem not far from our Fraddon holiday rentals. Admire elegant, Elizabethan interiors and flower-filled, formal gardens. Try brass rubbing or a game of kayles, a local take on bowls.

If it's the sea you're after, head north or south from your Fraddon holiday let. Drive up to Newquay, world-class surfing centre and stacked with all kinds of things to see and do.
