    It looks cosy, but didn't have that feel, and was lacking what I would call basics such as proper hand soap for all sinks, instructions on waste and bins (why did we get a composting bag but no bin)? I love the concept of a forest holiday and we enjoyed our activities and being in the forest but the lodge was below par

Lying within lush, green woodland, your forest cabin is just an hour’s escape from London – near to the South Downs National Park and The New Forest – where you can relax among tall Beech trees, surrounded by rolling Hampshire hills. Nestled among beech trees in a secluded corner, Blackwood Forest is a tranquil haven just an hour away from London. Surrounded by rolling Hampshire hills and within lush, green forest, if you stay quiet then you might spot roe deer grazing in a glade.
