Relax in the embrace of Sherwood’s peaceful forest or make the most of your time together with epic experiences. Take the short walk through the forest to Sherwood Pines Visitor Centre. Here you can hire cycles, enjoy the children’s play area, and spend time in the café. Go Ape is also close by. For Robin Hood adventures, head four miles up the road to Sherwood Forest Country Park, where you will also find the world-famous Major Oak and a further 900 veteran oak trees.
