Thrill the kids with a day trip to the county's award-winning theme park and zoo, Flamingo Land. Discover the history of the nation's railways at the prestigious National Railway Museum. Or visit the pretty village of Goathland, better known as 'Aidensfield' in the drama series, Heartbeat.
