    Very quick to respond to messages and even allowed us to arrive a day early. The view from the decking is amazing and you get a great view of the steam train going past. Excellent location, near Paignton zoo and short drive to the beaches and waterpark. King size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable - even has air con! We will definately be staying again.

The property

Caravan 219 is located in the middle of Waterside Holiday Park on an elevated position to optimise the stunning coastal view over Torbay. Upon entering the caravan you will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a gas oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Tassimo coffee machine plus a fridge/freezer. Full dinnerware is supplied such as plates, utensils, glasses, saucepans, oven dishes etc There are two bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and ample storage space, plus central heating. The master bedroom has a double bed, digital TV, air conditioning with an en suite toilet. Next door is a twin single bedded room. The lounge has a large pull out sofa bed for an additional two guests so 6 guests can be accommodated in total. The lounge is equipped with a TV featuring freeview digital channels. There is a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. From the lounge you are able to enjoy the panoramic view across the bay and access the large decking area via the double patio doors.

The decking area is equipped with an outside dining table with parasol and 6 chairs. Car parking is available either side of the caravan, one side via a short level walk, one via a set of steps.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £150.

Situated in the centre of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is one of South Devon's premier seaside resorts. Boasting long sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour, this charming town also plays host to a wonderful selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The town makes a fantastic base from which to explore the English Riviera and its surrounding attractions, also featuring a renowned zoo and sea life centre. Nearby, Torquay is equally as vibrant with an array of excellent shopping opportunities, fascinating museums, and numerous parks and gardens. The nearby stunning coastline offers great walking and cycling opportunities along beautiful stretches of beach and rugged cliff tops, while the rolling meadows of South Devon provide an idyllic setting for afternoon strolls and an abundance of picturesque picnic spots. The bustling town of Preston is also worth a visit, offering another great beach, watersports facilities, many shops and pubs, and walks along the seafront and through
Primley Woods. Paignton is a fabulous holiday location for all the family, all year round.
