  • "Absolutely perfect beach location, great for walking, being on the beach and sight seeing."

There is a fast speed railway line behind the park, so lots of trains do go by, but wasnt too bad (but should be mentioned). Lovely caravan, clean, great communication from owner.

I have been renting for three years, and I have never had reviews from guests about the trains, until now, so felt no need to mention. Property Owner

  • "We are 2 mature ladies ."

I know Whitstable very well and Seasalter is a beautiful walk along the coast into the town. The park and mobile home were lovely.Heather had left milk and tea ,biscuits even some sweets and a packet of dog treats for my little Yorkie. The veranda outside was very pleasant to sit with a glass of wine . We ate a couple of times in the Oyster Pearl pub opposite the Park.Good food and great atmosphere. l wished we had booked a longer stay .Thank you Heather.

  • "The site and club house was good."

Friendly staff.accomodation was clean and good size bedrooms had limited space. Outside areas .. limited parking there is no parking next to the caravan which made it difficult to unload and load car having to walk on the soaked grass as there are no path ways this isn't ideal with having to young children and myself with disability.

It’s short walk from where cars are parked, most of caravans have no parking next to them,Unfortunately this time of year with the rain it does get soggy as area is on a salt marsh. Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely stay here & contact with Heather was great & quick."

The 2 bedroom caravan is exceptionally clean & tidy with a nice decking area to sit out on. We had a 4 night stay with our 6 year old granddaughter who loved the caravan & wanted to stay longer / she also loved the parks heated outdoor pool (It was a problem getting her out of it !) & the holiday park is also very clean and well kept / the park staff were friendly & helpful. We used this location at Whitstable as it is within easy drive of the many things we wanted to visit. Thank you so much Heather for your hospitality, I am sure we will be coming back sometime next year.

  • "Lovely caravan."

Plenty of items for cooking etc. internet, tv iron and even a hair dryer. Nice sit out area which is great to chill out. Everything you need really. I take it 10 is the best score as it doesn’t say.

  • "We booked this van as we were between house moves."

Heather was very communicative, easy to deal with and very accommodating. We even came and met the hosts to have a look around the van prior to our arrival. The accommodation is spacious - especially the living room and kitchen. The outside has a good size deck with a gate that is suitable for pets/children. Kitchen functional with oven, microwave and efficient combo boiler. A great location for beautiful and varied walks - a stones throw from the beach and easy access to Whitstable by foot.

  • "We had a lovely stay in Heather’s caravan."

Home from home. A nice size veranda with seating area also. The added touches of tea and coffee sachets and pint of milk. Would highly recommend.

WHITSTABLE

Herne Bay 5 miles; Canterbury 7 miles.

The lively town of Whitstable, which is known as the “Pearl of Kent”, dates back to before the Domesday Book. Its seaside location makes it ideal for watersports all year round, and its fishing heritage is reflected by the Oyster Festival, which takes place every July. The buzzing local museum/art gallery introduces around six new exhibitions each year, and has a fabulous coffee shop. Whitstable Castle dates back to the 1790’s, and hosts events all year round including a big May Day celebration with contributions from local musicians and artists. The town is home to a small, independent brewery, and any need for retail therapy will easily be satisfied by the range of both national stores and charming small, independent shops. Whitstable is also home to The Pearsons Arm, a gastropub owner by celebrity chef Richard Phillips and nearby in Seasalter is the Michelin star-awarded gastropub, The Sportsman which is also well worth a visit. The city of Canterbury, with its fine 6th century cathedral is just 7 miles away; also nearby is Herne Bay, from where on a clear day you can see as far as Southend and the Isle of Sheppey.
