  Our caravan was immuculate and smelled lovely and fresh. Was very spacious and had everything we needed even down to lovely fluffy towels. I would defo recommend and looking forward to returning in the future.

  Owner was a gem gave the grandkiddies buckets & spades when we first got there. Someone left them so she knocked on and asked did the kiddies want them. How thoughtful. . Caravans a 2 minute walk to entertainment. Had a lovely time definitely book again X

  Booked last minute and the caravan was clean, comfy and had everything you could want. Position on the site is perfect, close to the entrance for the beach bus and close to the amenities. Emma is courteous and any questions was quick in responding. We will be booking again for sure.

• "Hello, I am Rosie the Bulldog and I’ve just been on my holidays with my Mum, Dad and 3 boys."

  Mum says the caravan was lovely and clean and cosy, and Dad said it was close enough to the pub (but not too close). I thought it was warm and cosy and I could watch people from the decking, and Emma left me some biscuits, so 10/10 from me. Thank you Emma, we all (including Rosie) had a lovely time, caravan is well sited for the complex, all bedding and towels being provided made everything really easy - see you next season I hope x

  Perfect size and host was so accommodating. Caravan had everything we could think of, air fryer was an added bonus. Wifi was great. Communication with any enquires before and during our stay was fantastic. Couldn’t fault our stay, will defiantly be back! Thank you so much.

• "Just back after a week at Emmas caravan, fantaatic host and answered all queries we had quickly."

  The caravan was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed and more for a week away. Wifi was a god send for teenagers. Decking and patio furniture was great for sitting watching the world go past. Will definitely be returning.

• "We booked this so last minute from Emma (the night before), she was absolutely amazing, super accommodation and welcoming to all our needs."

  The most friendly, genuine lady I have met. Can’t thank her enough for saving our weekend, and making 2, 4 year old boys very happy. Will reccomend to anyone and we can’t wait to return!!

  The owner met us with the keys and gave us a guided tour the caravan was modern and clean with the beds made up and fresh towels with a basket of tea coffee and sugar to use on arrival, the park itself is great for all ages and would highly this caravan to anyone hope to book again in the future 5 stars to Emma
